I would like to say thank you to Tanishia Webb-Peaks for a job well done. Last month I discovered my mom Mediciad had been terminated in error. My mom is home bound and receives home health care services. They were threatening to discontinue her service. Therefore, this issue was definitely urgent. This was a nightmare. I addressed my problem to Tanisha and she worked with me over a couple of weeks and after she talked with at least 4 different caseworker and her supervisor; my mom’s Medicaid was reinstated. I called at least 8 different caseworkers including supervisors and couldn’t leave a message and left messages on 2 supervisors voicemail and finally one of them called me back after the caseworker had reinstated her Medicaid. Tanishia is truly a blessing and deserves a raise. I can’t thank you enough.
Theses ladies literally made my day this morning! I walked through the doors 2 minutes after opening and my concern was solved within 10 minutes. They were present, eager to help and so kind. I have struggled with the website, phone numbers and apps, which are in place to help quickly expedite a wide variety of concerns. I walked in, explained my concern and within minutes I felt the rush of relief. My problem was solved and the staff could tell they had helped me tremendously. I could tell they enjoyed helping their community and they are genuinely nice. Thank you so much Ms.Rita Cheeley and Ms.Tanisha Peaks!

I had been having issues with my babies’ insurance and couldn’t get anyone else on the phone, but the Greene County DCFS office was able to help. Ms. Tanishia was very kind, professional, and took care of everything quickly. I really appreciate her help and great customer service.
