If you’re gonna be a DOT driver here I suggest going somewhere else. Dispatch is really just there to police you. Being On call 7 days out of the week means you don’t really have days off to yourself. I worked literally for a month straight and never stepped up to help me. I wasn’t even paid correctly for about two weeks straight. I’m warning you don’t come here go drive for someone that respects drivers.
Total Safety is a oxymoron of a name for this place. If they was such a “safety” company they’ll under stand that you can’t have only one driver at night doing EVERYTHING. Then fire them when they are too tired to drive. They don’t care about safety they only care about big time customers and money. Integrity does not exist here.
