We’ve had very few complaints about this facility up until just recently. We recently had to pull both of our sons out of this daycare one that hasn’t even started yet, we paid a deposit ($700) for our newborn to start in May, but due to the pandemic and our doctors recommendation, we cannot start our baby until July. We discussed this with the owner and she did not mention that any other fees or tuition would be due. I have just been notified that the owner used our deposit to cover Mays tuition even though our son medically cannot attend until July. I understand she needs money to pay her employees, but we should have been notified about this when we discussed that our son cannot attend until a later date the owner (Mrs. Sally) unfortunately did not she is being very inconsiderate of these uncertain times it seems to come down to the dollar to her very disappointing!

I would like to address the review from Mr. Palmisano. The deposit was paid to reserve a spot for May. We provided paperwork to them when they paid the deposit that clearly stated the deposit was non-refundable. We asked numerous times if May 4th was her desired start date. She repeatedly said yes. The pandemic started and we stayed open for families. She still indicated that May 4th was her start date for the new baby. She sent her older child so she was not concerned about the coronavirus. When May came, we were told that the baby needed to get shots first and would come in mid May. Then mid May came and he did not start. Then June came and they never said anything until we asked. We were then told maybe July. Then the next day we were told maybe August. They really did not know when he would start. We had held that spot open since March so they could have it for May and could not continue to hold it vacant with no definite commitment from them. We advised that since they really did not know when he would start, they either needed to pay to keep it or give it up so we could fill it with another baby. We cannot just keep spots vacant for an indefinite period of time. Even though they had changed their minds about a start date, they never communicated with us anything unless we asked. And then we were given different answers each time. They were not worried about the pandemic. Their other toddler was here and 2 month shots for the baby did not cover the coronavirus. Nor would the 4 month shots in July. They had a grandma that was willing to watch the baby so they could save some money. And I understand that. But it was not fair to us to think that we would just keep the spot open with no payment. When we said we would have to fill the spot if they were not willing to pay for it, they showed up at our door and proceeded to try to bully me by demanding money or they would sue me. They kept yelling they would have their lawyer come after me. They were yelling at me and being very verbally abusive. They threatened me with things like this review if I did not give in to their demands. He said he would make up things to make us look bad. SO, when you read a review online, always remember, take it with a grain of salt and remember there are always two sides to every story.

My son had trouble at a previous daycare. At 18 months old was kicked out for playing on an indoor playground during movie time which was in the same room as the movie being played. It was hinted around to us to have him evaluated for autism. (His doctor was in shock and says he is fine with zero signs of anything wrong) “He’s 18 Months”! Thank God! We found Angels Playland! They listened to our story and concerns and agreed he is a child and they accepted him with open arms. Our son has done so well there, he runs in everyday happy to be there. No behavioral issues have been reported from them and he’s 3 now. I didn’t mention this before, but the last daycare we had to drag him in screaming crying everyday. We are so blessed to have found Ms. Sally and team.

Amazing experience for our daughter! The only reason we moved her is because we moved! Everyone was great with her and loved her like their own!
