Whitefoord Prekindergarten Program

I recently had an extremely negative experience with administrator Lisa Stevens at the Whitefoord Clinic that left me feeling incredibly disrespected and frustrated. This individual was not only rude and unprofessional, but also provided poor customer service that is unacceptable in any setting. During my interaction with Lisa Stevens, she was dismissive of my concerns and appeared to be in a rush to end the conversation and seemed frustrated by the fact that her day was interrupted by a patient who had multiple questions. At one point, she became frustrated and hung up the phone on me, unprovoked, which was incredibly upsetting. It was clear that she had no interest in providing me with the support and care that I needed. Furthermore, I was appalled to hear her use language and a tone that was clearly discriminatory with racist undertones. It was deeply concerning that someone in this position of authority could be so insensitive and offensive. It was clear that Lisa had no respect for the patients she is there to serve, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Overall, I would not recommend the Whitefoord clinic to anyone who wishes to be treated with dignity and respect and is seeking quality care and compassionate customer service. The behavior of Lisa Stevens was appalling, and it is clear that she does not provide a level of service that is fit for the role she holds. I urge anyone considering Whitefoord to look elsewhere for care if you have the means, as this experience was both traumatic and unacceptable. **Most importantly, I also urge funders to put quality control measures in place to ensure the community is benefiting from their investment in the best way possible, with service that is delivered with dignity and respect**.

Our boys have been at whitefoord for a few years now, they started in the 2 year room and now we’re applying for PreK in the coming weeks. Being a my Whitefoord has truly been a blessing to our family. They have an extremely attentive director (Michelle Jackson) and all of the staff has been exceptional. Our boys have learned so much and have grown so much since joining the whitefoord family. The teachers address concerns quickly and will reach out if they see any changes in the behaviors so we can address it at school and home. The evaluations are thorough and help us understand where our children stand against peers and how to help them as they move to the next class. I appreciate that the CEO makes it to the monthly parent meetings and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. We see the care that goes into each day and wished whitefoord were an elementary school too. There isn’t a huge media or review presence for whitefoord so I decided to share my experience to help anyone on the fence!

I was contacted by Whiteford after they visited Brown Middle where my girls attended. I was promised that they would send home giftcards for food that we won. I never received the gift cards. When I called to check I was never followed up with.
