Over 3 kids and 9 years, we have been in several early childhood facilities of all kinds, and I can say that we really love White Oak. It is a small program without a bunch of tech gadgets, as some have said, but the kids learn so much and every single teacher there really cares about the children, plus the turnover among teachers is the lowest we've seen. The director is also very caring with the kids, and she has a medical background which is a great bonus with all of those little ones running around. We are more comfortable with the care that our child receives there than we were with some bigger, more expensive and well-known programs. Many thanks to Mrs. Mora and her staff!
White Oak has done a great job preparing my son for the next phase in life... public school!!! My 6 year old has been here since he was 1 and recently completed their 5K program...I am 100% satisfied he received the same education had he gone to a public public school 5K program. In fact, the Christian values instilled at white oak has set a great foundation for the years to come. Mora, who is the director of the program, runs a “tight ship”. She was actually a teacher when I went there over 30 years ago. Sara a.k.a. Mrs Sara has taught my little boy twice, 3K & 5K, she has been incredible and done a fabulous job at preparing him. In fact my little boy loves these ladies so much, every night he includes each one in his prayers before bed. I don’t do many Google reviews however I just wanted to give a public thank you for doing such a great job! 👍 he’s really gonna miss this place and the people that have created such a warm and safe environment.
My family has had a wonderful experience at White Oak Baptist Church kindergarten. I have 2 kindergartners and one in pre-school. The kids always have good things to say about their day and fun things they've done. Thanks to the strong emphasis on reading and small class size, my kindergartners have become excellent readers. They are very well prepared for the first grade. The only drawback is space. The facility is small, but they make the best use of it possible. I would definitely recommend White Oak to my friends.
We absolutely love White Oak! Our daughter loves all of her teachers and you can tell that all of the teachers really care about the kids. It is a smaller school so everyone knows everyone and it truly feels like family. We were so blessed the day that we choose White Oak for our daughter.
Loved it at first, then the director changed, staff changed it seemed every other week. They told us he could still attend in summer once he went to a different school year program and this is not true. They also kept a fee for something he never even attended and they never truly give you a bill, so you arent really sure what you are paying for. You are told it is one price for so many days but my bill was never what they said it would be.Pretty sure you can find a more upfront place to take your child than this one. Dont even get me started on the stories my son told me when he came home. My review, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!
