It is a good place and a clean place to live, except for whoever owned a cat or pet beware. A year ago, my friend owned a cat but the neighborhood owned a small dog (Chihuahuas I remember) founded a cat and barking at a cat, causing a lot of noise to other neighbors. After that, the properties of the apartment give a warning to my friend to take a cat away but not a neighborhood dog. I'm a little disappointed with the property owner for think a cat is a cause, not even giving a warning to a neighborhood dog who causes a lot of noise more than a cat.
It really REALLY depends on income make a dollar more than what's approved, barely getting on your feet get a job ,kids or not ... Boom HOME TO HOMELESS AGAIN....... They say they want to help,BUT AHHMMMMM..... Don't.
A Number of cities need affordable townhomes similar to these for the middle class as well as the low income. It's sad to say that it hasn't happened yet and more than likely it will not happen.
