We took both of our children here from 3 months old until time to start preschool. What an amazing resource in our small community. The prices are low compared to the surrounding area. The incredible care, curriculum and communication are top notch. What a blessing to have our children cared for at the West Liberty Child Care Center.
Last week my daughter expressed concerns about one of the teachers and wanted a one on one with director. The director pulled the board into it..I'm assuming they are all aware of this. Today my daughter got an email (the preferred correspondence) saying her daughter is out in 2 weeks. We pulled her today. I wanted to talk to the director and she hid in the backroom. This is not the first time. She apparently can not handle confrontation and preferred hiding, texting or involving the board. She is not mature enough for this job. The previous director did a great job and there is only one remaining employee. Says a lot about this director. This is an add on...the board needs to look at the fact that they've lost long time employees. There is a lot of "ganging up" going on and I would also suggest CAMERAS be installed. See how many hours your director is actually there!
Becky and the crew at WLCCC are the best! They watch my infant and I feel completely comfortable and trust them all!
Awesome staff, clean facility. My kids love it. Staff is caring and provide educational day care. Highly recommend!
