Great Childcare programs, fitness classes, trainers, saunas, pool, hot tub and the leadership does a fantastic job getting the best equipment possible. So happy to be a part of such a great organization.
I went to get information and take a tour of the facility. The lady there was very polite. I asked about the renew active program that is a part of my health care insurance. I checked online to see if champaign county ymca accepted renew active and it stated that they did. It is noted on Google. This is incorrect. They do not accept renew active.
This place is AWFUL at announcing and communicating what is going on, i wake up very early to come workout and it turns out the place was closed I would have went home to sleep but I had already taken my pre-workout so i couldn't sleep and was miserable the rest of the day
Swim lessons have fallen apart. I have asked the front desk, emailed management, contacted the building supervisor, and asked the poor teens who teach lessons now what the schedule for swim lessons looks like going forward. I get a different answer every time. Whoever is in charge of this needs to figure their job out because I have spoken with other parents, and they are just as frustrated. I feel bad for the instructors, for they often are caught in the middle of the frustration—and it is evident that they are just trying to do their job to the best of their ability with what they are given.
Awful place awful people. The changing room is disgusting. Employees are under experienced
