Wee Care Best

Both of my children go here and we love it. My son has been going since he was 2, and he starts kindergarten this year. My daughter started at 15 months and it’s been great for her. The teachers are excellent and easy to work with. They are very welcoming to us whenever we come into the classrooms. WeeCare has been like another family to us and the children.

This school was a disgrace! I would not recommend this school to anyone. The staff complained and was very unprofessional about my child not adapting well enough as they say. Just for us to change schools and see a change in our kid completely. Be cautious on the childcare you have for your children

I was very hesitant to place my infant son at this daycare due to some of the reviews, but after being on multiple waitlists since pregnancy and waiting over six months, I finally took the leap—and I’m glad I did. As a seasoned mom, I had a clear sense of what quality care looks like. In the beginning, we did experience some issues with my son’s routine and care with a particular staff member. However, after expressing my concerns to the director, she promptly moved him to the older infant room, and that made all the difference. The staff there—especially Ms. Catie and Ms. Destiny—are wonderful. They truly care for my son, and it shows. He adores his teachers—so much so that some mornings he reaches for them instead of me! Any small hiccups we encountered were handled with care and professionalism by Executive Director Jodie. Even when we didn’t fully see eye to eye, she remained respectful, accommodating, and responsive. That kind of leadership matters. The center itself is not as modern as some others, and the equipment is a bit older compared to the daycare my older child attends. But what it may lack in aesthetics, it makes up for in caring, attentive staff—which is what matters most. It’s also worth noting that many daycares in the New Oxford area do not accept children under one year, so this center fills a real need for families with infants. One small tip: be careful when pulling in and out of the parking lot—the curbs are high and can give your baby a jolt if you’re not careful.

It was a great first time experience. This was my first time ever having a baby and dealing with daycare. I’m so glad my son started here. My son was in the infant room. He stayed a year at this center. We had to switch to a different Wee Care Best so we could make better timing for the evening pick up. I loved the director and his teachers. The Communication was great and if I had any questions there was a teacher there to answer them. Everything was nicely presented with labels and pictures. I loved all the cute art projects I would get in his folder. Thank you so much for a wonderful year. We will definitely miss you all!

I recently started my son at wee care best. I am so happy I chose to enroll my son here. He is so happy when I drop him off. I know the teachers keep them busy the whole day. I don't have any worries when I drop him off to go to work. I know he is well taking care of and learning new things while I am at work. Thank you wee care best and all the wonderful teachers who provide excellent care to my son!
