Best experience I’ve had in a long time. I switched dr.s because I didn’t trust my old one who I’d had for 30 years. She is on retirement mode. My dr immediately saw she had me on medication that interacted with each other causing liver damage. Very professional and on top of what is going on with me. Sent me for tests because concerned about damage done. Changed medication. Follow up easy. Getting appointments easy. Have recommended to friends and family!!!!

I had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Cass. She performed a swab that was to be sent to Quest Diagnostics. She left the swab on the counter without my name on it. I notified the nurse in the hallway as I was leaving, because I was concerned that they would forget who it belonged to. I called 2 days later and asked if it was sent and was told by Chelsea that it was sent the same day, and they did not have results yet. I called repeatedly for 2 weeks and was told over and over that results were not back. Eventually, Chelsea told me that the courier lost my labs somewhere between their office and the lab! After they sent me a letter threatening to turn me over to collections for not paying the bill, I requested my medical records and noticed the swab was missing from my medical chart. Then I requested the EHR audit log and found out that Michelle Cass deleted my lab orders less than 2 hours after she entered them! I called Quest dispatch, and they had 2 pickups that day, 12:30pm, which was well before my 1:20pm appointment, and 7:30pm which was hours after my labs had been deleted. Which means Quest never picked up my labs! They had already been deleted from my records. They either threw my labs away because of no name on them and then later remembered who they belonged to and deleted it from my record.... or they put the wrong patient's info on my labs, then later remembered who they belonged to and removed them from my record. Either way, they knew what they did, they lied about it, they tried to blame the Quest courier and then tried to cover it up by deleting it from my medical record. I have lost all trust with the staff at this office! What they did was careless, intentional, and deceptive.

Sad to say within the last 2 years this office has majorly went down hill. I have seen dr tran my whole life she has over looked my labs the last year & not even ordered the right lab for over a year now I have ended up in the emergency room many of times in severe pain because she told me to exercise told me I had inflammation but would not give me any medicine. Dr tran does not have care for her patients like she used to!

Highly recommended this practice. I have called for pop up appointments and have been able to be seen the same day multiple times. Dr. Trann is attentive and listens and gives the time needed to address the concerns. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new PCP.
