Small town One school which houses pre k -12 alot of older Adults who raises there children here. Close to EVERYTHING

this school is awful, everyone is rude to each other with no actual punishment, bullying is almost normalized, theres mold on the lunch line ceiling and teachers have insane favoritism, theyre only nice to the kids on sports teams and they can do wtv they want... on top of that, they dont take serious bullying properly, and i heard a teacher make fun of a kid with autism as well as a teacher talking about how dating your step sibling is okay without any reprecussions.

Michael Healey is an excellent superintendent with a well deserved reputation among parents, teachers, and students. I had a rather serious concern regarding services being provided to my child and reached out to him directly. He responded promptly, thanking me for bringing the matter of attention, and gave me a reasonable timeline for expectations regarding future correspondance. While the eventual result of my efforts was undesireable, Mr Healey's productive approach and positive attitude made the situation significantly easier to handle. He took constructive criticism of current practices gracefully, and displayed a genuine desire to improve the systems in place within his capabilities. If every school in this country had the opportunity to employ a superintendent of Mr Healey's caliber, the entire educational system would benefit greatly.

WHUFSD is an excellent school. I attended the school from Kindergarten to graduation. The staff are very friendly. The school Is smaller which is nice as you get to know everyone there. The teachers can also help you 1 on 1 with the smaller classes.
