Creepy basement with random twenty-year old German posters and graffiti. Why would you send your kids here? I guess faculty parents love their children so much that they would rather send them here. It is also a cause of worry that undergraduates occupy the above stories. Why are full grown apartment adults mixing in with toddlers? Neither party asked for this but the fault lies with landlord Martin.
