What Parents Say
This appears to be an apartment complex, not a daycare center. The reviews discuss residential living experiences rather than childcare services. Reviews consistently praise the community, staff professionalism, amenities, and safety of the complex.
I’ve been a resident for 3 years and I do enjoy the benefits. There are plenty of perks such as the Adventure Center, Food Coop, Fresh Market, Single Parent events, and Town Hall. The only downside is the leasing office treating every resident as if they get government assistance. This community accept funds from 3rd party agencies and the staffing reflects that. I do feel it’s a little on the expensive side, but the perks outweigh that in a sense.
My mother resides in a really nice apartment there and on the surface it looks really nice. Beneath the surface, there are a lot of issues. The elevators are often out of service making it difficult for the elderly to get in and out. The news actually reported on this about a year ago . The beautiful swimming pools are often unused as the management does not allow guests in the pool, including grandchildren that visit residents. This policy is why the pool stays empty because everybody would love to swim with a guest(s). Please don’t be fooled by the cosmetics. The management is pretty awful there.
I would give 5 stars if maintenance were more responsive.
Is no one else utterly disgusted by the mushroom outbreak that is happening throughout the entire community. It’s not cute and it means there’s fungus present… will be back later to update with photos.
I just saw someone mention the mushrooms and that’s exactly what I came here to do (with the pictures). This is just a few of the patches. As you can see one even has mold growing on it. All they do is try to cover it up with mulch on top of it.
