I’ve had a great experience at this apartment community. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which really makes it feel like home. and the staff is always friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions or concerns please ask for Shari (Adams) when you visit she is so nice and very cool. She is by far the best there along with the other staff The grounds are consistently clean and well cared for, and the community is quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and meets all my needs. The location is another big plus, with nearby stores, restaurants, and convenient access to transportation. Overall, this is a well-run property that truly values its residents. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a reliable and enjoyable place to live.
I've Only Lived here since late September; After multiple water leaks in a bathroom and a ceiling collapse, management only placed drywall over the affected area without addressing/remediating the underlying moisture or mold concerns. This raised serious health and safety concerns. Karla in Management continues to cancel maintenance requests for mold remediation. The issue remains unresolved, I have been dealing with headaches for five weeks now, This Monday makes week 5. I have been asking them to fix this properly since 11/10/25. Good Day, 01/09/26 The email address listed below has already been included in prior email communications. Nothing has been done. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with this apartment since shortly after moving in, and I am requesting contact from someone else regarding this matter. I have done everything within my ability to cooperate with the property to resolve this issue. At this point, I need to be contacted with a clear timeline for when the mold will be removed. My doctors are already aware of this situation, and I have additional medical appointments scheduled regarding the health issues I have been experiencing, which began after moving into this unit. I have never had constant headaches like this prior to moving in. Shortly after moving in, I showed the issue in the master bathroom to a maintenance staff member. The worker was light-skinned, had a black eye, and scratches visible on his neck and face. He stated at that time that the issue was mildew. I am concerned about being exposed to mildew and mold and the impact this may be having on my health. Additionally, during the move-in walkthrough, we informed the staff that the first bathroom had visible water issues, as the drywall in the shower area showed signs of damage. We were told this issue had been fixed; however, it appears the area was only painted over rather than properly repaired. Please advise who will be contacting me and provide a timeline for remediation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
I’ve been in the market for a new place to call home. I came into the office and was greeted by a woman named Rebecca. She was absolutely amazing. Then once I received all the information I needed from her she then introduced me to the entire team. Karla, Shari and the Maintenace supervisor. Shari offered me coffee and Karla offered me snacks to welcome me in. Resean which is the Maintenace supervisor even offered me popcorn from the popcorn machine. These people were the sweetest. Everywhere I have been has been so rude. But Orchard Mill staff was so patient with me. Thanks so much.
Hello I have been a resident at orchard mill for over 3 yrs and I have issues with getting problems in my unit fixed. There was water coming from my unit (plumbing) that cause flooding in the unit under me. The plumbers and carpenters came out and the carpet ppl did not repair my carpet correctly. I asked maintenance to fix the issue but they stated I may have to pay for the carpet to be repaired. Again I did not create the problem so I should not have to fix it. I know there are documents to prove that the flood did happen and that the carpenters did not correct the damage by cutting my carpet. I went into the office to get corporate number and the new asst. property manager Sherri/Cheri was very rude and disrespectful. Never met her before but on initial meet she was not helpful I asked for corporate number and she stated that she did not know it and had no way of getting it. I was able to get the number from the actual property manager who was very helpful. My biggest issue living here has been getting the bare minimum in help or assistant when it comes to the staff and it is unacceptable.
I’ve interacted with Ms. Adams multiple times and have consistently been impressed. She is professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. Her communication is clear, and she genuinely makes an effort to ensure I feel heard and supported. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who truly cares about providing great service.
