Not a nurturing and welcoming daycare at all!! My child would scream and beg to not go everyday depending on the teachers ! When I would ask why doesn’t he want to be in here the teachers would act confused. 3rd time dealing with the daycare over time with 3 different directors and April by far is the worst and a parent who brings concerns she will do what she cans to make sure your child isn’t enjoying there time there with hopes that you will pull them out ! Entire quality of the daycare now is just down hill and this is one of the more affordable daycares in the area and the care I have experienced Most certainly reflects ! She hires the entire family of teachers so if one teacher dont like your child, the family members will be sure to bring that same hell as the child moves around classrooms. A teacher disliking any child especially a 3yo is sick! And I would have to constantly tell the teachers that I knew was only there for a check that if you get frustrated please call me and I will come get my child!This was the weirdest experience I have ever had with a daycare by far and didn’t care if this daycare was offered free I wouldn’t send my dog to get care here! I’m a parent who was able to watch the cameras a lot and I encourage if this is a daycare that you have to choose that you stay on them cameras! Not all but the ones I have personally encountered comes off as hating their job and just there for the check! I am very grateful for the few teachers my child did have that actually gave me comfort of my child being there (most that are no longer there anymore) and a good 4 or 5 that are still there (shirleen,Chris,Emily and Hailey) the best there no questions asked ! So if your child is any of there classes those were teachers that were not clicked up or related to others and actually seem to enjoy there job of dealing with children. I could go on and on about the bad experiences we had and just recently was able to access the public incident reports for this school and would have pulled him out sooner if I knew. But do your full research before considering this school when I pulled him out after this last incident there was no questions asked at all didn’t have to put a notice in or anything ! Said he wasn’t coming back after viewing the camera with the directors on this 4th incident we experienced, the director will brush under the rug anything she can and is not at all fond of parents bringing any concerns to her !

My daughter has been enrolled here for the last few years and I’m very happy that we chose this one. I’m so thankful for the teachers and April for all that they do. 100 stars🤩

I absolutely love this daycare and the staff. My children have been attending now for 4 years. The directors are very prompt with responses, friendly as well as informative. During the school year the main director is outside of her office giving the children high fives and words of encouragement as they head to the bus for the school day. She is also always in sight for questions or help on a regular daycare drop off day for my family. The center is very hands on with holidays and family fun. There is always a chance to bond with other children & parents through activities that the center has throughout the year. Another pro that I absolutely love is the all access cameras to be able to pop on and watch my kids as I please. It takes a lot of anxiety off of young parents. My children absolutely adore this school. They wake up every morning excited to learn and see their friends. Every teacher my child has had leaves a mark on their hearts. Which leads me to know that they are being taken care of while at school. If you’re looking for a quality childcare center that cares about your children, Wakefield Creative is definitely the place to be.

They have always treated my baby so well!! He loves going to school and always seems to have a good time when he does. The staff is very responsive/helpful when needed. Having camera access to the classrooms is also a huge reassuring perk that they have. Will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I have been a resident of the area now for many years. I have been to many centers. I have had to deal with constant staff changes. My children have been put in very strange situations by daycare directors and staff. But Wakefield Creative School of Raleigh has been exceptional to All of my child and my needs. My oldest has grown an attachment to his teacher to a point he enjoys school a lot. Everyday we leave the center he looks for someone to give a hug to before we go. My youngest is about to be two and can count to 17 and say his ABC's and love to sing and motion The Wheels on the Bus. All this for me shows love and compassion of Director and Staff. For the professionalism and the management of classroom activities for the students is Tremendous. I would recommend that you go today and check them out and see for yourself. I can truly say that I this place is my children's home away from home.
