The owner is highly involved in the care of your littles. The teachers are kind and caring. We drop our child off every day knowing she will be in safe, responsible hands and in today’s world, that is a huge blessing. Very thankful for this facility and their staff. We recommend to all of our friends with small children.

As new parents, deciding on a childcare center was something we were not prepared for. After touring four or five different facilities, we asked ourselves, “Is this what they are all like? Why don’t we feel comfortable here?” Luckily, right when we were about to commit to a different facility, the Valley Learning Center called and said they might have an opening and asked if we wanted a tour. My wife and I booked it for the next day and the center director, Kristi showed us around. From introducing us to all the staff members to taking us down to the infant room, the entire place felt like home. When my wife and I got back to our car, we looked at each other and in unison, we said, “This is the place!” Fast forward to today, about 2.5 months of our daughter attending VLC four days a week, and we are 100% satisfied with our decision in enrolling her at this facility. Ms. Ashley, Ms. Madi, and Ms. Erin in the infant room are so friendly and they do an amazing job taking care of our child. We love the way they interact with her. Whenever we show up at the end of the day, they are always engaged with her and give her plenty of attention. They give us frequent updates and my wife and I both feel that they truly care about our daughter. The center has a family feel to it and we feel extremely welcomed there. If you are searching for childcare and live in the Spokane Valley, I highly recommend checking out the Valley Learning Center. We are glad we did.

My son has been going here for about a year and I adore the staff. This is the first daycare we’ve ever been to, and I was pretty nervous about it. They genuinely care about each and every family. My son is excited to go to daycare and see all the ladies and is always happy when I pick him up. When it comes to our children, it can be a slippery slope in feeling entitled. That being said, there are policies and they are all for good reason. Not only does the owner advocate for the employees, she ensures the children have adequate care. I cannot praise this place enough. They quickly became family to us.

I have always been wary of childcare as I have had to deal with some bad situations. As a mother my greatest hope is to have a place for my child that grows them, loves them, and fosters their creativity. This place is absolutely it! The excitement in my child’s voice at pick up is heartwarming every time. The learning environment is amazing and my baby feels safe. We have been with this team for just under two years and their prices are fantastic for the area, but more importantly they care. From holiday activities to concerts to meal planning. The kids are fed fresh meals everyday made by a wonderful full time chef. My daughter used to be much pickier but now she tries new things and I love that. The staff is caring but consistent and create an environment that is safe and educational. They have specific policies when it comes to accounting for the kids. They always ensure the child to staff ratio is one that ensures proper care. There are flex schedules which allow for different schedules which is awesome. Communication is super important as they have it stated in the contract that they verify numbers by 9 am everyday. This allows flexible staffing and meal preparation. I highly recommend adding the Facebook page as I communicate through there if we are running late, but you can call too. For any staff who see this know how loved you are! My sweet bean has grown so much in that last couple years and I feel so blessed to have you all be apart of it.

I haven’t had too many problems with this facility other than they’re really steep steps to downstairs and the way the door is hung and it’s just a funky entrance with a funky back. Nobody is perfect. They are not perfect but for an establishment that you’ve been taking your child to and rely on them to get by on a day-to-day basis I’m just gonna let you know what happened to me today and with the prices we pay for daycare, and some thing I have never heard of before at such an early time in the morning but I had issues this morning it started out a bad day locked the keys in the car. Literally had to break back into my house and I was there downstairs at 9:08 at the daycare. The girl downstairs looks at me with a little smirk on her face that works there and says I’m sorry we do not except children after 9 o’clock. I don’t know if anyone’s told you. So I had just wanted to share my experience and let you decide for yourself. Yes you would want to be in the position to where you’re having a rough day and this new implemented rule of your kid Has to be there by nine or it can’t come in at all when it’s not like, I don’t pay a heafty amount for him to be there and now lose money on top. Definitely explore your options. I couldn’t believe I got treated that way this morning if I had it my way we will be looking for a different
