Have had my son here since he was 3 months old. He’s now almost 2.5 and has moved through each aged class with ease. Every single staff member loves and cares for these kids. They utilize an amazing app where they report what your kids have to eat for each meal/snack and when their diaper gets changed, plus more. I have used a handful of daycares for my other children and none can compare to this one. Very grateful to have found Planet Kids!

Love this daycare, they are so good with my kid, he has been there since he was a baby and so most of the staff know him from seeing him for over 6 years now. The managers are amazing people as long as you are consistent. Love you all for the love you give my little guy!

My daughter was just transfered over to the "waddler" room recently and this is what I had experienced after having her on that side for almost a month: I had just pulled my daughter out of this daycare due to the extreme disrespect and unprofessionalism that was portrayed to me while picking up my child from this place last night. The staff members had seen me ring the doorbell and request for my daughter, proceeded to ignore me standing there while gossiping to other staff members about me while I was outside waiting. One of the staff members then tried to hand my daughter to me without her coat or shoes on, mind you, it was at least 30 degrees outside. I have picked up my daughter from daycare every night at 5:30pm and when I ring the doorbell, that gives the staff enough time to make sure my daughter is bundled up before she is given to me to go home. I have also stated that this needs to happen prior to pickup. The manager had then came outside to speak with me claiming she was talking to other staff about another new employee... First of all, if you're gossiping about another employee, what makes me think you're not doing the same about other parents/people that pick up and drop off their kid? 🤦🏻‍♀️ When I had called to speak to the director, I had been screamed at on the phone which I found extremely disrespectful. She had stated that I had NOT communicated with anyone on the app which is incorrect as I have communicated several times via the app. The staff have responded very unprofessionally during pickup (eye rolls, improper dressing of my daughter, sending my daughter home in dirty clothes despite having extra clothes in her cubby, cursing in front of other children, not sanitizing binkies after dropping them, the list goes on.) I recommend anyone DO NOT take your child here unless you want to deal with unprofessional, rude, disrespectful staff. If they're disrespectful towards you, God only knows how they treat your child when you're not there.. Be careful. Trust your gut. If you sense something is off, trust it.

Finding quality childcare can be so challenging, but I’m so grateful we found Planet Kids! As a mom of three little ones (1-year-old twin boys and a 2-year-old girl), I was looking for a daycare that felt safe, nurturing, and engaging. From the very first walkthrough, I could tell this place was a great fit for our family. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly create a warm, fun environment for the kids. I love the structured daily curriculum and the weekly reports that keep me updated on what my kids are learning and any needs they may have. It’s clear the team at Planet Kids is passionate about what they do. All three of my kids are excited to go each day, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. Highly recommend Planet Kids to any family looking for loving, dependable childcare!

My experience here has been outstanding! My kids love it here & feel safe. I’ve been bringing my kids to Planet Kids for about 3 years now & I couldn’t imagine bringing them anywhere else at this point. Especially my son, who has attachment to some of the staff here ☺️ wonderful place!! Highly recommend
