What Parents Say
Valley Interfaith Child Care Center receives mostly positive feedback from parents who praise the attentive staff, small class sizes, and organized teaching approach. However, a few parents reported concerns about communication regarding enrollment changes and diaper care issues.
I've experienced several day cares with my oldest two...so I've seen the good and the bad! Our foster daughter began coming to this daycare in 2012 and we've been nothing but happy! This is a really good daycare! I completely disagree with the bad reviewer's comments. They are very organized, they do teach the kids things (even in the baby room!), and the staff there has been constant in the year + that we've been there! This daycare has been by far the best one we've seen in the NRV and I especially like the fact that the class sizes are small! I feel this is extremely beneficial to the kids!
Our son really likes going to daycare here and I am really happy with the care he receives. The staff are always happy to see him and are very attentive to his needs (allergies). The center is large and dedicated to being a daycare full time with multiple classrooms and a couple great play yards outside. Because so many parts of the community are invested in supporting VICCC, there are always ample supplies on hand. There is a lot of diversity in the staff and kids which I love exposing him to. I think that because it offers options for low income families they are subjected to scrutiny by outside agencies more than if they are a smaller daycare, so I am confident they stay up to date on all their records and inspections. What is really important, though, is that the staff really love the kids and it shows when my son is excited to run through their doors every morning.
My daughter and I love this daycare. The staff are all so great with my daughter and all of the other kids. When we first started going in March she would have outbursts when I left her and the staff were always so helpful in distracting her and calming her down.
my wife was n a car accident so she was late getn our son so they calld cps but not only that almost everyday that he would come home hed have a diaper rash not a very good place
Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. Wait until the last minute to tell me you can't take my kids when IM SUPPOSED TO START WORK MONDAY. so unprofessional!!!!
