My wife and I absolutely love this church, the people, the music, singing and most of all Bishop Wooden and his wife. I’m bringing my 4 kids next time. If you don’t like Bishop Wooden’s truth teaching find someone who will preach what you wanna hear straight to hell. Like Jamal Bryant. I stand with this church 100%. Btw their security team ain’t no joke literally all over the place like secret service level. LOVE IT!!

Upper Room Church of God in Christ Upper Room Church of God in Christ is a great place to worship. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and deeply encouraging. Every service I’ve attended has felt uplifting, filled with heartfelt praise, meaningful teaching, and sincere community spirit. The congregation is friendly and supportive, and you can really feel the genuine love and faith in every interaction. Whether you’re seeking inspiration, fellowship, or a place to grow spiritually, Upper Room COGIC is a wonderful church to be a part of.

I truly love Upper Room. I moved to Raleigh in February, and I became a member in June 2024 by way of (NJ) I've been truly blessed with great word(s) wonderful singers and prayer warriors. We've a wonderful Man of God Bishop Patrick L Wooden and our Lovely 1st Lady Pamela Wooden. He speaks what is needed and necessary for the people to hear. He's Wooden solid 😊 I invite you to come out to one our services: 8am/11am @3300 Idlewood Village Drive, Raleigh, NC US 27610. Come out and be blessed

Absolutely out of control from the pulpit and why people won't step foot in churches! Patrick unfortunately you went for the attention and now it's not only yours. Just utter madness out of the mouth and totally irresponsible. Ignorance at it's best! Smh

I love my Upper Room family and I am grateful to God for the manservant of this hour. Bishop Wooden is a rare breed and I love that he always preaches and stands on the true Word of God!
