If I could give less than one star I would. The management isn’t very welcoming of the new families and the approach toward running daycare seems dated. They don’t provide any pictures of day’s events or any special moments of children to the parents. The director did not share any brochures or handouts about what the school offers and only answered what we asked didn’t proactively participate in offering information about the daycare we were looking to get our toddler into. While the facility is great, the management’s lack luster approach, the lack of transparency with parents and approach towards modern tools and apps available to keep parents involved and informed seem to be missing. Would not recommend this place unless it’s a last option.

Their facility is always SO clean and I loved that. They had breakfast in the morning for parents and coffee. They had cameras in all of the rooms. The staff was always doing so great with the kids and Ms Debbie never ever let the kids or daycare workers get away with anything. If you had any issues at all, they were gone.

My son started at University Daycare when he was 2yrs old and completed their Pre-K program. In the beginning everything was good, there were a couple of incidents but I discussed them with staff and everything seem to be ok. But this year was his last year there and once his original Pre-K teachers left, it became awful. In the Pre-K class of 4 and 5 yr olds were two older boys at least 12yrs old or older, who were staffs' kids I would like to add, were rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. My son was involved in two separate incidents with both boys. I met with staff and Mrs. Debbie on both occasions and was assured everything would be handled but continue to hear stories from my son daily about the things the boys were doing to the other kids in the classroom as well as disrespecting the new teachers. Mrs. Debbie told me that it was normal for the older kids to be there in the summer but if I would have known that I would have found another summer camp to enroll my son in. If you choose this facility I encourage you to do pop up visits when you can, I wish I would have done more and don't hesitate to voice your concerns.
