I myself work with children, experience in schools and daycares. I highly recommend this place. One of my son’s who is now 12 went here when he was thee years old. He had a really nice teacher named Ruby. My other son who is now 7 went here when he was three too. Whitney, and Katrina were his teachers and he looked forward too seeing them. Now my grandson is currently attending. The director, and supervisor are wonderful as well. I never had any complaints. They are very structured. I learned how to be on time, because they will not let your child come in late, because they do not want their learning time to be interrupted. I respect that and appreciate it too!
My child was stabbed with a pencil by an older child. My child was moved down a level because the teacher at the time couldn't deal with my child. They do not communicate. The director is handsy with children. Upin pickup my husband saw a kid sleeping on the floor in the hallway and the teacher moved him to the floor in the office. They intermix big anf little kids and bullying is heavy here and staff are not attentive. Don't trust this center. Ever
My younger sisters and I were taken care of by this daycare for many years and they always took care of us very well. Through this daycare, while my single working mom was struggling, we were given not just day-care but care in general, we were provided with food and homework help and playtime and an overall community and a home. I still look back on this place fondly and I recommend it to any humble parent looking for caring individuals to watch their children. Thank you Unity Daycare.
do not trust your child here, if i could rate zero stars i would. The put my child in someone elses diaper that was 3 sizes to small , this happened multiple times. I had several talks to the director and nothing was ever resolved. I walked in early to pick up my daughter, there was no staff watching the kids. i walked out with her without them even knowing. I pulled my child out immediately
I love this center, the staff and the values and morals they uphold. They truly took professionalism and family and mixed it together perfectly. I am a single working parent of 4 and the staff at Unity is understanding, patient, non-judgmental and loving. If you find this place, its definitely not by coincidence. Thank you for all that you have invested in my children, myself and my home.
