As I stood in the vestibule waiting for someone to answer the door I heard a woman worker yelling aggressively at a child about cleaning up up toys also using cuss words. I would be super WARY about sending your children here!! I don’t have children in this center I had a delivery I was dropping off
I love what the United Neighborhood Center does it helps people that's a little less fortunate whenever I have something that I want to donate I always go there to donate it I love what they do
Wonderful staff, great location right across from the elementary school, and amazing instructional design. Would definitely recommend.
I didn't like the staff they didn't make me fill welcomed I was trying to find a new center for my child I didn't like the layout of this location as soon as you walk in you're right where the child play so there's no protection for the children but the main door there's no waiting area
The staffs don’t care well enough for the 3-4 years old children, pre-K kids use the bathroom with 0 supervision/0 assistance, when they’re understaffed they will call you to come pick up your child regardless if you’re unable to do so at 9am…and so on…if the kids make a mess in the bathroom they won’t clean it or disinfect the place…they will call you to do it…
