It was a terrible experience. Paid $230 in all for an inconvenience that I had to literally troubleshoot with very little time because when we got to the venue for our event , no heat at all, chairs and tables were not enough like they promised us we had up to 50 people and they were standing around because of the lack of proper seating for tables for my event and wearing coats because no heat in the building. Literally the worse experience ever. Had I more time I would have completely abandoned this whole thing because of how terrible this place was . Said the tables accommodate 6 people per table and we could only fit 2 , there were people that were sitting on the floor because there wasn't proper seating. When i addressed the gentleman about my complaint he literally fired back at me with complaints, mind you after he called us to get our security back , but soon as I was vocal about my concerns he then said we left a mess and that they had spent hours cleaning up after us, so why return the deposit if we broke contract? He was discriminant towards me and my family because we're spanish and the only reason I had to go through with the event is because everything had already been planned and done. I would never recommend this place or the people because the experience was awful . We literally had to improvise bour way through our whole event. And the attendant there was witness to everything. Thumbs down . Very rude and very condescending was the gentleman Bob from the Throop office. Never again
