Ucp Of Central Florida - Bailes

My child is currently enrolled but I’m highly thinking about removing him from the school. He goes to the school that is upstairs. It’s week two and I already have issues. Seems like they always lose my son paperwork and always wants me to redue them. Anytime you need to speak to anyone they tell you they will call or email you which they don’t. I did my son paperwork 5months ago. And he still not in ABA. I called his insurance to see what’s going on and they told me it’s because the school didn’t send the paperwork. April don’t seem to care about parents or the students. This is ridiculous for week two. I can imagine how 3x the will be.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about UCP Bailes Early Childhood Academy (UCP BECA)! We're enrolled in the Summer VPK program.This is my child's very first school experience at age 5, and I am so grateful for the amazing support we received. Madelyn made the enrollment process seamless and welcoming. Now my once shy child looks forward to attending UCP BECA every day! Ms. Sandra, Ms. Yami, Ms. Hannah and Mr. Armani are fantastic, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to create a nurturing and engaging environment. Seeing my child thrive and enjoy his time there has been such a joy. Because of this positive experience, I’ve continued to enroll him for Kindergarten at UCP. Highly recommend this wonderful academy!

I feel very disappointed at the outcome of my daughter’s experience. I believed everything was great until I see my daughter before school ending grabbing “stick” like items and hitting herself on the knees saying “No No No”. I had already questioned the excessive bruising on her knees and i was advised someone would call me back but this did not happen. I feel like maybe the teacher only cared and one of the TA but all this school administration care about is the money. It took weeks to be refunded an amount owed to me but I get bombarded with emails about a $40 debt that they accidentally refunded back. Its sad to see potential of a school and get treated this way. So many messages that are ignored and unanswered even in the app used to communicate. I will not be sending my child back, something is terribly wrong and my childs behavior has been scarred from this.

The school and school staff is awesome, only negative I’ll say is their security guard G.I. Jose wish is rude and cant even control school traffic with clear instructions and even disrespected my pregnant wife…. Other than that one of the best if not the best school !!!!….

In past year 2024-2025 I have been observing school. The teachers, TA and therapies are amazing! It’s administrators (enrollment advisor who disappears after enrolling your child and doesn’t even bother with you and your child unless you match their race), the principal makes inappropriate comments, and lastly the vice principal just sees your child as “money machine”. They never answer your concerns and worries you may have and I was told “if you have too many questions” they just direct you to principal and doesn’t even bother with you and dismisses you and your child.
