U-GRO Learning Centre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania receives consistently high praise from parents. Reviewers highlight qualified, caring staff, strong leadership from Director Courtney, a nurturing learning environment, and excellent communication through their classroom app. Parents report their children have thrived across all age groups from infants through kindergarten.
We’ve had our child at U-GRO since he was an infant, and he is now in kindergarten. Our experience has been very positive, and U-GRO has played an important role in his growth and development over the years. The teachers are highly qualified and truly care about the children. We’ve felt confident that our child was supported, encouraged, and learning in a safe, nurturing environment. We’ve seen him grow socially, emotionally, and academically, and that has meant a lot to us as parents. The director, Ms. Courtney, has been very professional and approachable. We value the sense of community and the stability U-GRO has provided over time and especially the added touches like special events, holiday traditions, and events for families. Overall, U-GRO has been a strong, dependable place for our child to grow, and we’re grateful for the positive impact the staff has had on his early years. We would recommend it to families looking for a caring and experienced daycare and early learning center.
We chose U-Gro Hempfield over other daycares in the area because the director, Courtney, was very welcoming, they offer after-kindergarten half day care, and staff receive paid time off. I only have experience with the infant room so far, but everyone we have interacted with in the facility has been very kind and they genuinely care for the kids. I like that I can check in on my baby during the day and it is easy to communicate with his teachers through the app.
We have had the joy of being a part of the U-GRO Hempfield family since our daughter was 6 months old. We have gone through the infant and toddler programs, which we greatly enjoyed and now are enjoying watching our 3 year old flourish in the preschool program. We cannot say enough good things about the programming, services and the Director, Courtney! We know that our child is getting the best care possible and if any concerns arise, she will be safe and those concerns will be addressed fully. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for consistent care and education!
We have been a part of U-GRO Family for the past 10 years, and we have always had a great experience. The director and staff have always been wonderful and truly care about the children and experiences they have at the center. Having an app to help check in and see my child's progress and photos throughout the day is a huge plus and I love getting to see those memories. The director and staff create a safe and educational environment with plenty of fun extra activities. Trick or Treating at Weis, Summer BBQ festivals & Holiday concerts with the families are just a few of the events that have made this place special. With kindergarten being half day U-GRO’s communication with Hempfield SD makes it easy on parents to know that their little ones are getting to and from school with no added stress. Truly the best!
We started our daughter here right after her first birthday, she is a little over 15 months now. Her toddler classroom is incredible. Her teachers Steviesue and Kayla are everything a first time mom could ask for. These kids are safe, entertained, educated, fed extremely well, and happy. We are so thankful for UGro - an incredible part of our “village”.
