I left an awesome review about Twin Acres before but would like to be more specific about how great this place is! The teachers are so incredible with every baby and student. We are incredibly lucky to have hard working teachers like Brittany, Tatum, Sarah, Kiersten, Giana and Caitlin. And I can't say enough great things about Kassie as the director. My child loves going here everyday. They provide curriculum, yet they also can play freely too and not to mention adorable art projects all the time! The teachers are constantly cleaning, making our kids feel loved and welcomed and I am just so grateful for this place!

Ignore the only negative review for this daycare. It is no longer relevant. We pulled our daughter out of another daycare due to poor and negligent management. When my wife and I sent our daughter Brianna to Twin Acres, we were impressed just after the first day! Cassie, Sarah and staff provided more education and activities for Brianna in one day versus the other daycare in four months! The entire staff is very involved with Brianna’s daily activities, as well as the rest of the children. Communication is also excellent regarding Brianna’s well being, safety and health. My wife and I feel at ease and comfortable with Brianna attending Twin Acres. If you’re looking for a loving, caring and fun daycare for your child, look no further!

My son has been going to Twin Acres for a little over a year now. When we first got here, the school was a bit of a mess. There was a lot of teacher turnover and some days I didn't even know what room my kiddo was going to be in. The curriculum was nearly non-existent, and you could never go by the posted calendar because it was ever changing. The old director was nice, but you could tell that the staff was just not happy. When the school was switching over to a new director, the owner stepped in to fill the role for a few months so they could find the perfect director. The owner is extremely friendly and is amazing with all of the kids and parents! Now that the new director, Kassie, has taken over, the school has turned around, and it is one of the very best in the area. Since Kassie has been the director, there has been nearly zero turnover, the teachers are visibly so much happier, and the staff is on the ball 100% of the time. I know all of the teachers now, and my son has created so many memories with all of them. Each classroom has a schedule and a curriculum during the school year, and the summer program has fun trips and activities planned all summer long. There is even a pool on site for the kiddos to use, and a lifeguard certified teacher is always on duty! Kassie was the director at my first son's daycare many moons ago (Our House Early Learning Center in Pottstown), along with her right hand, Sarah, as one of the main teachers. Our House was one of the only schools that I ever fully trusted with my kiddos, so I was ecstatic when I heard that both Kassie and Sarah were making the move to Twin Acres. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff here. They are loving, caring, and have all taught my son so much. They are extremely accommodating to all situations (like when my son broke his leg and could not walk for 4 weeks) and they treat the kids like their very own. Special shout out to my son's current teacher, Kiersten, you are so organized with the pre-k and summer programs, and you go above and beyond for the kiddos. From spending your own time and money to make the classroom adorable, to coming up with special art projects for all the holidays, and so so much more. We see you and we appreciate you so much! If you're looking for a great, family owned, loving school, Twin Acres is it!

Infants will be placed in toddler room well before end of day - even during stomach bug outbreaks. Many times if you call during the day your call goes unanswered or returned. Our daughter was in the hospital for a week with rsv and the daycare called not to check up on her well being but to see if she was returning because they were going to fill her spot (even though they were still getting paid even with us not being there m). When my husband went to pick up my daughters belongings after we made the decision to not return, the daycare teachers didn’t even bother talking doh my husband, or asking about our daughter- they simply gave her belongings to a staff member to hand off to my husband. It shows how much they cared about my daughter. Prices are cheap here but definitely will be okay with spending more money for a better quality daycare.

The teachers/ staff and new director Kassie takes pride and care in what they do. They are super caring and understanding of your children’s needs. My 20 month old loves it there!
