I have been very fortunate to place my son at Magic Memories Collegeville. Choosing a daycare for a child of any age is a delicate task, let alone for a 3 month old. That said, I am always completely at ease with my child at this center, and am able to trust and rely on the competency and compassion of all the staff. My son and I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Izzy, Sue, and Sierra are amazing with the babies and even at my son's young age, you can tell he feels comfortable, safe, and loved. The center director, Jamie, is very involved in the day-to-day and her positive attitude is exactly what you want to see in a leader, as a parent.
We started our daughter here part-time in March of this year and have had a great experience! Her teacher, Miss Izzy, knows everything about her all the way down to her favorite yogurt flavors. In fact, every team member there seems to know every kid, despite which room they're in. It's very small and tight-knit. The communication with the teachers is stellar and the kids are always trying new activities, even in the infant rooms! We feel very comfortable leaving our daughter in their care and look forward to seeing her continue to thrive at Magic Memories!
Horrible! They suspended my son that’s on the spectrum on the 3rd day without giving him a chance, talked to the director and she would not let me bring him back even with therapists she said she would get in contact with me and i never heard from her again! just terrible
The staff here are fantastic. Kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The facility is always well organized, safe, and full of fun learning spaces. It’s clear they put a lot of care into creating a positive environment. Highly recommend!
