Tutor Time Of Apple Valley

My son has been in the care of Tutor Time Apple Valley since he was about 6 months old, and now he’s almost 5. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to grow. What I love most is that they focus on a child’s overall development—not just having them play, but intentionally helping them grow. One of the most recent things that really stood out to me was how well prepared my son was for early childhood screening. He absolutely aced it, and that’s because the preschool and Pre-K teachers are exceptional. They focus on the important skills kids need and stay consistent with their program. They have a wonderful balance of play, structured activities, behavioral development, and learning. Their programs truly enhance language skills, communication, social interaction, and independence. I also love the management team and all the positive changes that have been put into place over the years. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and supportive, which makes such a difference as a parent. I’m incredibly grateful for the teachers, staff, and management who have been part of my son’s journey for almost five years. I highly recommend Tutor Time Apple Valley to any parent looking for a place that truly invests in their child’s growth and future.

We love it here. Our daughter always tells us happily about her day and she’s not once rejected going to school here. They are really down to earth people caring for the kiddos.

We were excited to use this company but the following experiences made us not enroll and be left out to dry. March: We conducted an initial tour with Tammy who presented herself has friendly and helpful. We discussed our needs and gave the dates we wanted use the daycare, then we picked up the enrollment packet. May: Tammy gave me a call to confirm the 12-16 May dates, I confirmed and told her I would drop off the packet since we were out of country the previous month. May 12-15: I call on the Monday to ask how they would like the packet drop off to look like, no answer and left a voice mail. Tuesday, still no call back so I drove to the facility to drop off paperwork. On arrival, a woman daycare worker was not welcoming and told me “I hope you have an appointment” and didn’t bother helping me or welcoming what should have been a new client to the daycare. She showed up around 11am with an iced coffee and ignored my daughter who would have been in her care. Tammy came out and said that I may not be able to use that week because of staffing issues despite all the confirmations about using their service that week. She said she’d give ma a call back end of Tuesday to let me know. No follow up call. Wednesday, no call or any communication. Thursday, no answer AGAIN to the Directors phone she gave us to reach out to her in March. I call TutorTime where I was passed around multiple operators and they couldn’t get me in touch with the Apply Valley facility. I have requested to pick up the enrollment paperwork since we are not longer going to use this location. I hope this review leads to someone from the team to return my calls.

Very nice staff and teachers! My daughter had a great learning experience. She qualified for early Kindergarten because of what she learned here. The Center Director karen , ADJennifer and each of the teachers are very caring. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you Tutor Time staff for taking care of our daughter so well!

We have had a wonderful experience with Tutor Time in Apple Valley. The staff in the infant room is exceptional, and our daughter has been so happy there. She has grown and learned so much, and that is because of the great care and curriculum. It is also very obvious how much the staff care about her, and enjoy watching her grow. I highly recommend Tutor Time (Apple Valley) to anyone who is looking for a caring and personable staff, great curriculum program and having a happy child!
