I’ve been with this daycare for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives. The staff here are absolutely wonderful — you can tell they truly care for every child like their own. They consistently go above and beyond, not just in keeping everything safe and structured, but in creating a loving, supportive environment where the kids can grow and thrive. This daycare runs “by the book,” and honestly, that’s exactly what I want as a parent. I know my child is in the best hands, with people who take their work seriously while still bringing so much joy, patience, and warmth to every day. My family has been through so much and my kids have needed extra attention and the staff is alway there (even for me as a mom) with open arms. My two kids attended CKA from the time they were 3 years old and 7 months old (respectively). We had a really negative experience with another childcare provider that was extremely impatient with my son's needs. That was NOT the case at CKA. I almost immediately knew and felt that they cared very much about my kids and took time to understand and meet their needs. Developmentally appropriate behavior was met with support and understanding, not frustration and impatience. The teachers as well as Mindy and Rob really got to know my kids and challenged them within their abilities so they continued to grow and thrive. The kids always came home with stories of the fun activities they did, including yoga, science, dance, and music. They built close friendships and really thrived. When they graduated onto elementary school we were sad to say goodbye to the staff (and friends!) there. If you are looking for a childcare center that has a personal feel, CKA is it.
My kids have enjoyed going to CKA and love the teachers/staff. I enjoy the updates and pictures we get during the day and the app they use is great for notifications and keeping us in the loop. I also appreciate the activates they put together for the kids, how they work towards learning, exploring, and the way they encourage parents to be involved. They have a great assistant director too. :)
Our children's creativity and imagination has flourished at Creative Kids Academy! They provide a home away from home atmosphere with the smaller center size but still have the convenient hours that working parents need. My children know almost all of the teachers who work here which make it more comfortable when transitioning to the next developmental level of care. They use the ProCare App which I value a lot. They have either yoga or jazzercise every day in addition to outside time which my kids love!
My 3yr old daughter attends Creative Kids Apple Valley and she loves her teachers. Some days it’s a fight to get her to come home because she wants to stay! Meals are filling, activities are engaging, and staff is very responsive to parent concerns.
