I can’t describe with words how much we love this center. The teachers are so dedicated and care so much for the little ones my three lovely children are there and every morning they get excited to go there and when they’re back they tell us all about their day they’re always busy either working on arts or games anything you can think of.. when I check the cameras the teachers look like they are having a blast. I wonder if they enjoy it that more than the kids 🤭. It’s so calming to know that your children are safe and you can check the cameras any time. Also the teachers communicate with us all day there is updates about everything what they eat or when they go potty. Also when they notice something off with the kids they have told us and we have been able to help them as well. It’s a team effort. This center has become our village 🥰.

Ms. Makayla is my sons preschool teacher and since he has transitioned into this class back in the fall he has excelled tremendously. Makayla leads her class with love and encouragement, creativity and enthusiasm which naturally guides the students to self expression, confidence, and imagination. I appreciate all of the curriculum that is available for students to learn and grow. The priority of active play outdoors, indoors, and motor skills are made daily along with a solid structure that bring comfort and familiarity to the kids. The students also spend time with other teachers at times as well, more so at the end of the day when the class size dwindles. Ms Sara in early preschool is amazing as well with my son, and also the director Tracie! Everyone is warm and loving, it feels like family which is so reassuring when heading to work knowing your child is cared for so well!

We’ve been at Tutor Time Andover since the end of 2024, and absolutely love it! We brought our toddler to this daycare after leaving a bad experience and Tutor Time blew our expectations away. Before even signing up, they invited us to a fall event to see what it was all about, the director knew my husband right away when we came by after only meeting briefly one other time and was so welcoming. We moved him over right away, and put our infant in once he was born in 2025. We’ve loved all the teachers for infant, toddler and toddler early preschool!! They are a great team and wonderful teachers to our children.

They have live-feed cameras, which is a good thing. My infant was visiting the toddler room because he was supposed to be moving up the next week. I was at work checking the cameras, and they were reading a book. My infant was sitting very nicely, listening and paying attention. When they finished the book, the toddler teacher "Mrs. A" put her whole hand on my infants face (like a basketball), and shoved him backwards, causing him to hit his head on the ground. I was completely shocked. He layed there crying in pain with no help or comforting for a good minute before I started calling the center. I called 20-30x, no answer. I eventually had to message the infants teacher through the app to get ahold of someone. I told them to take our infant out of the toddler room immediately. When I was finally able to get ahold of the director, she explained that they cannot review the footage on-site and had to go through the District Manager. They finally reviewed the footage after-hours and told me that they saw exactly what I saw and would be conducting an investigation and also open a case with the state. I assumed that "Mrs. A" would be suspended pending investigation, but she was back the very next day. They NEVER even suspended her. She shouldn't have been allowed around children until HR reviewed the footage and came up with a punishment. The next week, we were able to view the footage with the director (I only saw it happen live, and my husband didn't see it at all). He layed there crying in pain for at least 5 minutes, not receiving any comfort. She said that the teacher had been punished and they had a center-wide meeting. She wouldn't get into specifics about the punishment, but it seemed like a slap on the wrist because SHE WAS NEVER SUSPENDED. In the week between the incident and reviewing the footage/meeting with the director, I had been looking into other centers because we didn't want him to be with "Mrs. A" ever again. The few that I looked into were all booked up. At the meeting, the director promised that they would open a new toddler room, or kick "Mrs. A" out of the toddler room so that my child could move up. I stopped looking for other centers at that point, because I trusted the director. A few weeks ago, the director said that she is having a hard time opening the new toddler room, and CANNOT move "Mrs. A" to another room. She suggested that we allow our child to be placed back with the person who abused him and allow her to regain our trust. ABSOLUTELY NOT. We were promised-and were ok with- the aforementioned options, NOT putting him with "Mrs. A" again. In response, the director said: "Ideally, we would have either of those solutions taken place, but at this time, it is not working out for the center needs, family's needs, and staff needs. " She suggested transferring him to another location, all of which are at least 20-30 mins out of our way. We decided to open our search for a new center again, because at that point, our trust had been irreparably broken... not only by the teacher who harmed our infant, but by the director who was unable to provide either agreed-upon option, or suspend the teacher until HR reviwed the case. (At least the director said she would get a cordless phone, so people can actually get ahold of her in case of emergency) We finally found a new center, and our child loves it. The teachers are well-kept, energetic, and they do so many more activities/learning. The food is much better. Our child is much happier, and actually excited to go to daycare now. He comes home with way less stained/soiled clothes (only 1 in 2 weeks), because they actually have smocks for eating/art. If I were you, I would avoid this establishment. Thank goodness I was watching the cameras at the right time. Who knows what I (and other parents) haven't seen...
