I love how the director, Laurie really has a hands-on approach to running the center. She supports her staff, the children and their parents. She puts her heart and soul into making the school a fun, safe, loving and supportive environment giving the children the best chance to learn and grow. You can truly tell she loves what she does and she does it well! I also love how the teachers genuinely care for the kids and really strive to support the children educationally and emotionally. I have had the chance to experience the center before and did not have the same experience. Ever since they changed over to the new directors and made some huge changes in the center I’ve loved being a parent there and have zero hesitation in bringing my children there. The open communication and strive to improve in any place they can is nothing less than spectacular. Anytime I’ve had a concern they’ve addressed it and made me as a parent feel heard and put that concern to rest. The open communication and the drive to improve in any place they can show this staff is nothing less than spectacular. If you’ve never been there, I would highly recommend taking a tour and getting to know the place as well and definitely consider it a place to help your children grow and thrive.
This daycare was great for my daughter at first but I noticed over time she became more and more scared to go to the point she’d cry every morning. My girl is an emotional 3 year old but I felt like something was off. The director isn’t there as often as she first was. Ms Maggie left, and then it all went downhill from there. Whoever the preschool 1 teacher is shouldn’t be a teacher. She has an attitude and never spoke to me about anything regarding my daughter. She know goes to a daycare in a church and is thriving, never cries and is happy to see her teachers. This isn’t super negative but please hire more friendly teachers who actually care for their students. Thanks!
We love this daycare! The staff is super friendly and caring, and they always make us feel comfortable leaving our little one there. Our child has so much fun and is learning a ton. It’s clean, safe, and just an all-around great place. Highly recommend!
We recently moved our infant daughter to Lil Explorers from a different daycare after moving homes. Her transition there has been amazing! She loves all her teachers/caretakers. They are very communicative which is awesome! Love seeing pictures of the fun activities they do with all the kids in her room. So happy we chose this daycare!
We have been with Lil Explorers since they opened in 2021 and my kids have had an incredible experience! I have had children in all age rooms from baby to Pre-K and each age range has been wonderful. Especially under the new leadership team, the center is better than ever. The staff is wonderful and care so deeply for each child, they do a fantastic job communicating with parents and showing all the things the kids are learning each day. Absolutely recommend!
