We absolutely love Tutor Time of Shelby Township! What stands out most is the incredible staff. They truly care about the children and make meaningful connections with them every day. They’ve always gone out of their way to make sure my daughter feels welcome, comfortable, and happy in her classroom. The director, Maria and assistant director, Sam have been very responsive whenever we’ve had questions or concerns, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. My daughter has attended since she was two years old, and it’s been wonderful to see how dedicated the teachers are. Many of them have been there 20+ years, which really speaks volumes about their passion and commitment. One moment that really stood out to me was when I saw a teacher at pickup time having a hard moment redirecting some rambunctious behaviors. Within seconds, Sam stepped in to support her calmly and respectfully. It showed me how committed they are not only to the children, but also to supporting their staff with guidance and teamwork so they can continue providing quality care. When you walk through the hallways at drop-off or pick-up, the teachers are smiling and it truly seems like they genuinely enjoy what they do. We are so grateful to be part of this community!
Between two of my boys, they have experienced just about all Tutor Time has to offer from essentially birth to Kindergarten. Both as a daycare and a preschool. Every single teacher and staff member we have met has been nothing short of exceptional in 6+ years. There is truly nowhere I’d feel more comfortable sending my children.
Tutor Time of Shelby Township has eased my heart as a new mother. We have had our child start at 3mo old and up through preschool. The staff and teachers are professional, kind, and truly care for the children. I appreciate the SproutAbout communication features to keep me updated on the numerous activities, my child’s health, and safety, as well as the ease of communication with the classroom teacher. Mrs. Maria does an amazing job at keeping a safe community and hosting additional get together events to meet other family members in our child’s class.
I cannot say enough great things about this Tutor Time. From the management to the teachers, they have become apart of my children’s family. During the years with Tutor Time, I have watched my children grow socially and emotionally all while learning age appropriate content. I will forever be thankful for our experience ❤️
My children have been attending this Tutor Time location (Shelby Twp) for a few years now. There have been some amazing moments and some hiccups but the overall journey has been great. From management to the families that attend, myself as well as my children are very happy and even made some connections with families outside of the facility.
