My three years old daughter has been going to Tulip Kids Academy more than 1 year now. All the teachers are very friendly. They take good care of my daughter and she loves go to school every single day! She loves play with her friends and likes bring toys and books to school to share with them. She learns a lot from school (writing, coloring, drawing, etc.). Tulip also provides gymnastic class during school, and my daughter loves participating that as well. I highly recommend Tulip kids Academy.
Tulip Kids Academy in Almaden is the best kept secret in South San Jose daycare/preschool options. It is somewhat hidden in the CVS shopping center at the corner of Almaden Expressway & Via Valiente and quite frankly, when I was first researching options for my toddler, I really didn't consider them initially because they weren't "big & flashy." That was a mistake on my part. After sending my son to one of those more well known centers in San Jose which turned out not to be a good fit, we decided to give Tulip a try. It has been absolutely wonderful for my son (who started when he was 1 1/2 and is now almost 3 years old), and for our whole family. My son loves this place and loves his teachers like family. My husband and I look forward to dropping him off and picking him up because he's always so happy and excited. Every time I pick him up, he is actively engaged with one of his teachers, learning something new. He's learned new sign language, more letters, and countless new words. It's awesome. Tulip provides both an incredibly loving, warm, caring space, as well as a quality learning environment. I highly recommend Tulip Kids Academy to anyone searching for this combination of qualities for their child.
Very thankful to have found this gem of a preschool for our daughter. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the class size is not too large making it feel more personal. Our daughter started school here during a bit of a transitional period. We had just moved to the area, she was transferred out of her old preschool, and we had a new baby on the way. Some days were a bit challenging for her yet staff was very helpful and understanding. I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you!
