Trinity Episcopal Nursery School

Trinity Nursery School is everything a traditional preschool should be! The teachers are so warm, skilled, and loving to every child! Lee Ann brings so much pizazz, music, and creative ideas to her lessons each day! Students share a community snack that they sometimes help to prepare, just amazing! The social emotional skills each child learns in this program is the biggest gift for any child as they transition into Kindergarten. We love TNS!

We LOVED TNS!! What a wonderful first school experience for my boys. TNS truly puts children first. The focus on play-based learning allows children to explore, create, and grow at their own pace while developing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Teachers thoughtfully follow each child’s interests, encouraging hands-on experiences that support social, emotional, and academic development in a natural and meaningful way. Outdoor learning is a wonderful and intentional part of the program. Children spend ample time outside engaging in physical activity, nature exploration, and imaginative play, which supports healthy development and a strong connection to the world around them. The outdoor environment is treated as an extension of the classroom, offering rich opportunities for discovery and learning. My boys memories of TNS always focus on the outdoor time they had! Bike rodeo will forever be core memory for them. Overall, Trinity provides a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. The balance of child-led play, supportive guidance, and outdoor exploration makes it a truly special place for young learners to thrive.

Both of our children attended TNS and it was the best decision we have made. The teachers treat every child like family, and they are the warmest and most compassionate and loving staff I could entrust my children with. TNS creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and accepting, and they put so much care and thought into every activity, project, and daily interaction. The space is filled with art, music, and nature, and the children spend their time playing, learning and growing in the most nurturing environment. My children loved going every day and still miss it. TNS is truly a gem of a preschool and we are so grateful to have been a part of its community.

We have had the most wonderful experience at this preschool. Our daughters have been here the last 4 years and it is truly a gem. The play-based approach to learning is exactly what we hoped for — lots of outdoor time, exploring, creating, and learning through play. My daughters come home happy, confident, and excited to tell us about their day. LeeAnn, Katy, and Wendy are incredibly experienced and kind. You can genuinely feel how much they love what they do and care about the children. We feel so grateful to have found a place that values childhood, kindness, and fun the way this school does. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I’ve had two of my children through the TNS program and could not be happier. My children leave me in the morning happy and excited to see their friends and teachers. The TNS educators are warm, enthusiastic, loving, and joyful - I drop my kids off and know they are safe and supported. The program is play based and involves crafting, music time, stories, and free play including daily outdoor time. I highly recommend this program!
