What Parents Say
TRIAD Child Development Center receives mixed reviews. Multiple parents praise the preschool program and teachers like Mrs. Jackson for being welcoming, engaging, and communicative about curriculum. However, two recent reviews express serious concerns about staff professionalism during phone inquiries and a disengaged two-year-old classroom teacher, with one family reporting their child became distressed about attending.
I'm reaching out to compare tuition prices for different daycares. When I called this one, Ms. Thomas answered the phone, but I had to ask for her name. She didn't come across as welcoming; it felt as though I was bothering her by inquiring about the pricing. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. It seems like the staff could benefit from some professional development.
My grandbaby is in the preschool program. She has never been in daycare and she just loves the school. Her teachers Mrs. Jackson and Ms. Sandy are great teachers. They welcome u in the room anytime u like. When u ask question about what they are teaching and Mrs. Jackson tells u everything about their lessons for the week. Mrs. Jackson is an awesome teacher. I just love her. She is always the same way when u enter her room. This is a good place for ur child to come. Everybody is always friendly.
I would give negative two stars if it were an option!Their current two year old teacher is disengaged. My granddaughter comes home incredibly thirsty EVERY day although we bring her a full cup. It's full upon pick up. She and her other classmates are usually in a huddle around said babysitter/teacher to get the dried white snot off their faces as a group instead of when they individually need it. When she first started she was excited to go. Since they have switched teachers she grabs her carseat buckles and starts yelling please no, please mean to me. It came to a point where she was screaming and crying when we pulled in, we aren't even able to use their service, she is traumatized in some way. Although my granddaughter is about to be moved to another class due to age, I no longer have any faith or trust in this facility. I reported the sudden change in my granddaughter and she (the director) agreed and acted concerned. Even assured me she would review the footage that day.
My child went to preK here and loved it. The staff is great and we both loved her teacher Mrs.Jackson, she was awesome.
