Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They also have plenty of equipment and free weights. I highly recommend the YMCA as I've had memberships at other gyms and I didn't receive the same kind of service.

Visit 3 days a week for Aqua Fusion Classes. Been teaching/taking these classes for 7 yrs. I love TriCounty YMCA.
