I was 3 minutes late for my feedback appointment after having my son tested and Amber put us down as a no call/no show, ONLY AFTER THREE MINUTES OF BEING LATE!!!! I think this is so unprofessional as I was confused thinking I had to go to Doll & Associates when in fact I had to go to St. Agnes. I never received a reminder call, nor could I make a new appointment there, I had to call Doll and Associates. It is way too confusing for parents. They should be at ONE facility so we know where to go. I am very dissapointed with this place!!!!!!!
