My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost 3 years now, it is a wonderful daycare. All the staff is very nice and friendly. They work one on one with your kids, the meals that are provided are made with love and is not prepackaged. I have checked around to several different daycares, and this is overall the best!! There is no extra after hours charges. They do a lot for their kids with special activities, and they offer very affordable. Parents' day out almost every month. I absolutely LOVE Treehouse on Tazewell! My daughter started attending when she was about 5 months old, and she’s been going there for almost 7 months now. I can honestly say I wouldn’t pick anywhere else! Everyone there loves these kids as if they were their own. The communication is always open and reassuring, and the staff is so involved and dedicated every single day. Ms. Kay especially made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. Knowing my baby is safe, happy, and truly cared for means the world to me. I can’t recommend Treehouse on Tazewell enough — they are simply the best!
This daycare has been such a blessing. They always keep me informed about important details and I love I can watch the app throughout my day to see what my child is doing. My child is always happy, well cared for, and excited to go. The staff goes above and beyond. I’m truly grateful for them. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about the kids. My child loves going every day. Highly recommend.
Trying to choose a daycare for your first kid is one of the most terrifying tasks of entering parenthood. The entire prospect of leaving the baby that you spent the last year growing and bringing into the world with perfect strangers is exceptionally daunting. I held onto those fears for about 30 minutes after drop off on my daughter's first day in the infant room at Treehouse. Lana and Kay did an incredible job of making me comfortable with the care my child was receiving with them. Communication through the Procare app has been smooth and includes all the small things parents worry about the most. "Did she poop?" "Did she finish her mid-morning bottle" "Is she happy" were all answered by the teachers through the app. Even communication around any illnesses going around the room. Kay, Lana, Christina and Sara have all been partners in my first year of parenthood, and I could not be more grateful to have them on my team caring for my little girl.
We’ve been with this daycare since 2019, and now our third child is attending. Over the years, the staff has been consistently caring, patient, and attentive to our kids’ needs. Communication has always been reliable, and we appreciate the effort they put into creating a safe and positive environment. Our children have grown, learned, and felt supported here. Overall, they’ve done a solid job with our family, and we’re grateful for the stability and care they provide.
