They failed to report neglect and abuse in my toddlers room to the state. They hid this from me when I spoke with the director regarding behavioral changes I noticed in my son. Verified told me she would keep a close eye on the room and his the fact that a teacher and asst. Were spanking toddlers and leaving them unattended. I found this out by researching online when my son was inconsolable at drop off. This facility communicates poorly, hires and keeps unprofessional staff, then hides and lies to parents. My son's behavior completely changed and he started regressing. He will no longer use the potty. I moved to a different daycare after I uncovered the abuse and neglect, my son has recovered greatly in a little over a month and is back to his normal self. This place shouldn't be trusted with children, they will not ethically report it or make parents aware. They care about covering their liability only. They don't provide photos of your child. When there is an injury, they will message you but not provide any photos to tell if it is severe. Diapers and wipes go missing. When I spoke to another parent her child started swearing from what she has heard at daycare. Toddlers got into excessive fights, it seemed like there wasn't proper supervision. No foreign language or sign language was learned, it's just chaotic play time. They treat you like a criminal for a late fee (one time due to a massive wreck on the highway) they called me at work the following day about it but not when he had fever. Your child isn't a concern at this facility. Don't use it, especially on toddlers who can't articulate the experience.

We were told by Treehouse Academy that our daughter would have a spot and everything was good to go. As soon as we paid, they suddenly said they were “booked up” and couldn’t take her after all. They completely misled us just to get payment. We tried to work it out, but they offered no real solution and didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience or the stress they caused. Be very careful before giving them any money. make sure they actually have space first. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone.

My wife and I toured the Tree House back in April or May. The director that gave us the tour was nice and friendly. After the tour, the director assured us there were plenty of open spots. However, we were overall apprehensive about putting in an application because the facility was dirty and the workers were not particularly friendly. But because we were limited on options and running out of time before we had to return to work, we did go ahead and put the application in. I followed up multiple times to confirm my daughter’s spot but it was nearly impossible to get ahold of the director again. The staff seems to be extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. On the last of my multiple attempts to reach the director, a worker answered the phone and I could hear another woman yelling loudly at a child in the background. The worker who answered the phone quickly hung up and I never tried to contact this daycare again. It is unimaginable that any child deserved that treatment. My wife and I are extremely blessed that the absolute incompetence shown by the director at The Tree House prevented our daughter from being potentially abused or harmed by the workers there. I urge anyone considering this daycare to find another option.

We love Tree House Academy of Tulsa! This was the best decision we made when picking a daycare for our babies! The communication is amazing and we always know what is going on with our kids. They send monthly calendars out at the beginning of each month letting us know what will be happening. They also send weekly reminders as well. It puts my mind at ease when my kids want to go to school and do nothing but talk about their teachers and how good they are. They are always so busy doing so many fun things. This is the place to be!!! Amazing teachers who care for your kids as if they were their own.

My kids have been attending for close to 3 years. The staff has always been friendly and communicative. I love that the kids follow a curriculum and learn ASL! My two year old not only talks in full sentences but, signs most words. This daycare engages with the community and cares for their babies!
