What Parents Say
This is not a daycare center—it is a residential apartment complex. The reviews are from residents, not parents evaluating childcare. Reviews are mixed, ranging from 1-5 stars, with praise for responsive management and maintenance alongside serious complaints about unresponsive office staff, maintenance delays, unsafe living conditions, and neighborhood safety concerns.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m a resident at Trailside Village and came into the office yesterday for help with some rent issues. Even though the office was really busy with a lot of people in there, the staff still took the time to help me and made sure everything was handled. I was very happy with my experience. When the lady with the pink keyboard asked me if I wouldn’t mind leaving a review, I was more than happy to do it because the service truly deserved it. Also, the maintenance team is always out working hard, rain or shine, and it really shows in how well the property is taken care of. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the staff here
I talked with a Tawnnie Lawson A couple days ago and she helped me with all the information I needed. Her customer experience was very well. She helped walking step-by-step with everything I needed as I struggle with things like that and I believe she deserves five stars.
We've been living here since 2K22, and it's been a great experience, the management team is responsive and professional, maintenance requests are taken care of right away, and premises are always clean and well-kept, the location is convenient for almost all things, and stress-free apartment. I highly recommend it!
I have lived here since 2007 so it’s been over 12 years. You can make friends here easy or enemies. For the most part we have a lot of people moving in that think they run this place and they could take all the parking. Luckily the landlord has listened and we will have assigned parking soon. Other than that it’s a safe place . Full of life here we all get along it is safe it is not like it used to be in the 80s. Reasonable price to live. Right now I pay zero rent because I lost my job. Don’t be late on your paperwork or reporting changes of income and you shall be golden. Here is a picture of my beautiful apartment. The landlord will work with you communication . The landlord is nice and allows us to garden as long as we maintain it and make sure that we don’t let the place go. Pet friendly the only critique I have is the parking but that will be taken care of. It is full of life kids playing people barbecuing and just having a good all-time in the summertime. I have zero complaints
This is a terrible apartment because they ignore you. Our son had been diagnosed with autism and we asked almost 3 years ago to be transferred to a bottom floor. Our son runs around a lot and cannot be controlled because of his autism. We’ve given the office paperwork from his doctor explaining Omg his disability and we still haven’t been moved. Each time we’ve asked why we haven’t been moved to a bottom floor we get told a different excuse. We’ve been on the waiting list for too long and we’ve seen other units empty out and be given to other people. We feel like the office is playing favorites because we have friends in this neighborhood who have been moved around multiple times. We haven’t been moved once and we have a disability in the family. It’s hard on our family to keep trying to restrain my son so he doesn’t make noise. It’s also hard having to keep him away from windows because he could very easily open a window and fall out if we look away for a just a minute. This is a very serious matter and we are tired of being ignored .
