We have had an incredibly positive experience with Trailmark Kindercare over the past few months. Our daughter, who is now 11 months old, has been attending since she was 7 months old. The transition to day care was smooth and reassuring, thanks to the loving and attentive teachers at Trailmark. The staff at Trailmark Kindercare are truly exceptional. They create a warm and nurturing environment that makes our daughter feel safe and happy. The teachers are not only professional but also genuinely caring, which is evident in the way they interact with the children. Their dedication to providing high-quality child care is commendable. We appreciate how well they know and understand our daughter. The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with age-appropriate toys and learning materials. We appreciate the structured activities that promote our daughter's development and the regular updates we receive about her progress. Overall, we highly recommend Trailmark Kindercare to any parent looking for a reliable and loving day care. The peace of mind we have knowing our daughter is in good hands is priceless. We love Kindercare in Trailmark! The staff is caring, attentive, and nurturing. I feel confident each day at drop off that my daughter will have a fun filled day of activities that enhance her growth both developmentally and socially. Communication is wonderful! Between school wide announcements or classroom announcements, they keep parents fully informed. We couldn’t be happier with our time at Kindercare in Trailmark and can’t wait to watch our daughter continue to grow there!

The staff and teachers at this Kindercare are AMAZING!! Our daughter has been going here for almost 5 months and we have zero worries when we drop her off in the morning. The staff and teachers are very caring and get to know each child. They are always available to answer questions and make you and your child feel welcome and like you are family. The facility is clean and maintained and provides a welcoming ambiance. I would recommend this learning center to anyone looking for quality child care.

Five Stars for Trailmark Learning Center! Bri Johnson, the school Director is such a tremendous plus to this school's success, she is kind, caring and was very helpful with our Play-Ground Theatre in-house field trip. Hats off to outstanding teachers who participated with our program: Cynthia, Kayleigh, Jaiden, and Autumn! I noticed the classrooms are clean, fresh and filled with fun, colorful, creative artwork. The students at this school are a happy, healthy, well behaved bunch and enjoyed the singing, dancing, acting games and story telling. If you are a parent considering this school please note that Trailmark Learning Center offers extra enrichment programs for their student to enjoy.

We could not be more grateful for Trailmark Learning Center and the incredible care, love, and education our daughter receives there! She has been attending for over a year now, starting in the infant room at just five months old and now thriving in the toddler room at 20 months. From the very beginning, we have been blown away by the warmth, kindness, and dedication of every teacher and staff member. We have loved our experience so much that we will also be sending our second-born in the fall when he is about 5/6 months. Every teacher we’ve interacted with is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in the well-being of the children. We have never once felt uneasy leaving our daughter in their care and, in fact, she has grown so close to some of her teachers that they feel like family!! It is such a comfort to know that she is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who care about her deeply. Also, the teachers are diligent about logging every detail in the parent app - everything from meals, bottles, and diaper changes to naps, activities, and, of course, plenty of pictures. One of the things that stands out most about Trailmark is how engaging and enriching the curriculum is. Even in the infant room, the teachers put in the effort to make every day interesting, interactive, and educational. Our daughter never spent her day sitting in a bouncer or lying on the floor, but rather she was actively learning, exploring, and socializing. Because of the thoughtful curriculum and the daily interactions with her peers and teachers, her development has skyrocketed. Her language skills, motor skills, and independence have all flourished, and we truly believe that being at Trailmark has set her up for success. The daycare itself is always kept incredibly clean, and they take extra precautions with deep cleaning whenever illnesses are going around. The staff is also fantastic about keeping parents informed of any updates, policy changes, or illnesses spreading in the center. Their communication has been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know they are always looking out for both the children and their families. One of the biggest signs that we made the right choice with Trailmark is how much our daughter truly loves being there. She attends full-time, five days a week, and most days she doesn’t want to leave, even after eight hours! As working parents, it is the biggest relief to know that she is not only safe and well cared for but also truly happy, engaged, and thriving. The level of enrichment, activity, and socialization she experiences at Trailmark is something we simply couldn’t replicate at home. I also want to give a special shoutout to Bri, the incredible director. She is truly the heart and soul of Trailmark. She is hard-working, caring, and always putting the children and her staff first. She goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment, hosts parent meetups and town halls, and is always looking for ways to improve the center. She juggles countless responsibilities every single day but still manages to make every family feel seen, heard, and valued. We truly could not imagine a better daycare for our daughter. If you’re looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where your child will flourish, Trailmark Learning Center is an absolute gem. We are endlessly grateful to have found them!
