My children loved their teachers and so did I but all the directors have horrible attitudes. They do not value the children or their parents. They never listened to what problems I was having and didn't care to follow up and resolve the issues. I was called almost weekly with my children being hurt or injured like the time my son had fallen off the changing table and had a huge bump on his head no incident reporting... the more serious injuries and at times I have taken my children for a doctors visit for the same thing like allergies thought to be a cold and had to keep them home for 72hours regardless of the doctors note. My children have had close to 15 doctor visits for sickness/illness and they haven't been at the center not even a full year. My infants clothing and bottles or sippy cups go missing. They would not even call me for a fever of 107 yet called my mom and allowed my son to fall asleep after he had already refused to eat because he was so sleepy and out of it. They didn't even call 911. When I showed disagreement to the attitude of the director she withdrew my kids the very same day without my knowledge until an email emerged hours later after we had a conversation that she deemed inappropriate. When asked why and why she waived my 30 days withdrawal she re-established and then withdrew them again after a week and a half and without any notification so that I could enroll my children in their new childcare center early. So it leaves my children without care for a week. Before that she banned me from picking my children up in the afternoon. But allowed me to drop them off all against my will. Also I've visited other childcare centers and the kids all look like they are having a great time but not here. Take it from a healthcare professional, trial and error.
I love everything about the center. My child loves the teachers, learning daily, and developing greatly. Hours are perfect for my busy schedule. Staff is very pleasant.
Worst place great staff, but awful management. I don’t know how they have a daycare but they do I would not suggest this daycare to anyone.
It’s concerning how drastically diff the reviews are of this place - either 5 or 1. It’s also concerning that mgmt does not address these. Not a good look - we will not even be visiting this location.
They are excellent with my son. He can almost read and he has another year left with them !!!
