Toddler Time Child Care Center

I have two children who attend this school. I pulled them from another daycare in Southfield and the Staff at ToddlerTime welcomed my family with so much love! They gave my two kids free uniforms and brand new coats. Each day I pick them up, they tell me what they learned. When I pick them up, they don’t want to go home. Lol. The staff are really supportive and care about all the kids there. I have definitely told my family and friends about this school because I know ToddlerTime really cares about children.

I went here as a kid almost 20+ years ago!! I am in my 20s now and it is satisfying to see this place is still in business. I participated in preschool and summer camp at ToddlerTime for a number of years. To be honest, I had some of my best childhood memories here. All I remember is laughing with my friends and having the time of my life lol. The teachers were really nice too and it sorta felt like a little family. If it means anything, a lot of my friends who went here as kids have gone on to accomplish some amazing things. One of my friends is pursuing a PhD at an Ivy league, another owns a successful hair salon, and I myself will have my doctorate in anesthesia very soon. I can definitively attribute my success to this place. I loved my childhood and wouldn't change a thing.

My son’s very first day he came back with a busted lip and nobody told me anything, like they didn’t even care! Be careful sending your children here!! My child got here there and they keep denying it! They were willing to get my son in without having the proper paperwork. She knew about the issue on a Friday but Monday and Tuesday had people calling me to fill out paperwork for money. My son was only there for two days but she made say that he was coming all week these people are money hungry and don’t care about your children! If my son was inspected they would have seen that!!! Do not send your kids here!!! Cause yall see the comment she made. She harassed me to fill out GSRP, but did not care if son had the proper immunization records. I know my child was hurt here! At this point I have the pictures, I should just take action! Mind you it’s a free program why do I need to get GSRP??? More money for them!

I am updating my review as my child has now reached the end of the school year. I would not recommend Toddlertime to anyone. The teachers do a great job with the children. Although there is nice and friendly staff this center is unorganized. They informed parents there would be a trip to an elementary school- that never happened. Then there was supposed to be a Mother’s Day tea, I was the only parent that showed up because the school forgot even though they shared it in a newsletter. There was a field trip to the zoo which was highly unorganized. 2 months ago I was incentivized to complete a review and never received a gift card.
