Tle Monroe

We love The Learning Experience Monroe! My son started when he was 9 weeks old, and now at 2 he has learned so much and continues to amaze me every day! It is comforting to know he is in such a safe, loving and education atmosphere...I would recommend TLE to any parent!

We love how Riley, my daughter, has developed and progressed in so many good ways manner wise, academically and her social skill development. Every week, we hear new things from her. We love how her teachers are engaged and are so passionate with what they do. We would strongly recommend parents to place their growing child in an excellent institution like TLE. My daughter has been at TLE since she was nearly two years old. The teachers are friendly and Alegra love's them. The school is clean and well maintained. I would recommend TLE Monroe, NY to any parent who is looking for daycare.

All that glitters is not gold! They give you a great presentation during the initial walk-through and the facility in itself is great, but the staff is just terrible. The teachers are overworked and because of that they never smile and you are lucky to get a good morning from them. Oh and they only want "perfect", well-behaved children at this center. The teachers are not willing to work for kids that present a challenge. Found my daughter on more than one occasion outside of her classroom unsupervised upon pickup. The final straw was when the teacher basically chided my daughter upon entering the room in the morning and brought her to tears, and this was in front of me. What a traumatizing experience, immediately withdrew her, without hesitation. Would not recommend this place at all!

I commute a far distance for work and needed to find place that would try to care for my son as I would. A place that would feel like a home away from home for him… filled with love, affection, play and learning. Security and curriculum were my top two must-haves and much to my surprise were very challenging to find. I searched for a facility for months near home, then further away, near work, then off my commuting route – and nothing! I felt like I was running out of time and money on an in-home sitter who couldn’t provide the learning experience I was looking for. I went online and Google’d “learning experience”. A child day care of the same name immediately showed in the results and a location in the next town over… and in the direction of my work! Wow! I set up a meeting that next day and was immediately blown away by the warmth exuded by the manager’s presence. She had a joy to her that was genuine and she knew every child and parent’s name – simply amazing! A key fob was required to enter and an electronic punch clock notified staff of the arrival and exit of each child – the exact security I was in search for. She showed the curriculum with a new topic each month… music and charity, countries and language (Spanish and sign languages… how cool); these would all be things available to my little boy. Needless to say, the Learning Experience of Monroe was the exact place I was looking for. It is more than a year since we enrolled and TLE continues to provide the joy and peace of mind we want and expect. Kudos & XOXOXOs to Lori and Michelle and their entire staff – who begin and end each day with admiration and care for each and every child.
