We have been a member of the TLE family since the children were 9 months old. Teachers work as a team to ensure that each child is set up for success and prepared for the next level of growth in their life. They establish a positive foundation of social, academic and emotional understanding in the children development. They are an exemplary example of leadership with gifted generosity of endless encouragement, patience and guidance. Our experience with the staff of TLE are very positive and encouraging. They spend quality time with our children by sharing their wealth of knowledge and experience with each of our child. These interactions have been a great learning experience for our kids and their foundational growth. We have benefited and developed greatly as a family. We listen to and value the perspective of the TLE staff as well as support of their initiatives which has resulted in our oldest child successful transition to Kindergarten. The teachers success is also based on Administration/Management and their leadership. The directors are equally involved and participates with their staff in resolving individual problems regarding each child and family. Their continual support for both the teachers and families are a reassuring balance and encouragement insuring the success of each child at TLE. We look forward to continuing our relationship with TLE.

I am so grateful that our family found TLE and can’t say enough positive things about the teachers and staff. My daughter (2.5 now, started at 1) has totally blossomed since starting daycare. I feel like they truly have taken the time to get to know her and help her with the things she needs help with, like being a picky eater and potty training. I also love the updates and pictures I get to see throughout the day. I truly have peace of mind when my daughter is there knowing she is being cared for and looked after and having fun while I’m work, a true GODSEND!!!

We have been sending our son here for the past month and a half and his teachers Ms. Alaiza and Ms. Diliannes are AMAZING. Our son was a little apprehensive when he first started, but both his teachers made him feel so comfortable over the past month that now, when we drop him off now there are no tears and he reaches for his teachers to give them morning hugs!!

My son, who is almost 4, has been attending The Learning Experience since he was 2 years old, and our experience has been wonderful. Over the years, he’s had a mix of good and great teachers, and his current class is exceptional. He’s learning sign language, recognizes his letters, and has become an excellent communicator, even at his young age. The management team, Ms. Perla and Ms. Heather, have been outstanding. They are incredibly attentive and communicative, always ensuring my son is in the best environment for his development. They even noticed how quickly he was adapting and moved him up to a more advanced class, which has been a fantastic fit. I highly recommend TLE to any parent looking for a daycare that prioritizes learning and helps children get a head start before kindergarten. It's a nurturing, educational environment that truly sets kids up for success.

My daughter attended The Learning Experience of Dobbs Ferry from infancy, and it truly became her second home. While we experienced some leadership changes over the years, everything truly clicked when Ms. Perla and Ms. Heather took over. They transformed the Dobbs Ferry location and moved TLE in the right direction. Under their leadership, my daughter was blessed with amazing teachers from infants all the way through preppers. She met endless milestones at TLE - from walking and potty training to learning her ABCs. The staff showered her with love and care that went above and beyond. She thrived on all the attention and TLC they gave her - they absolutely spoiled her rotten! I’ll never forget those sweet early morning drop-offs watching her light up as she gave hugs to her favorite teachers. At pickup, she always insisted on making her rounds to say goodbye to both current and former teachers throughout the building. It was always wonderful getting pictures and updates through the app. I have to commend Ms. Perla and Ms. Heather - it’s a demanding, selfless job, and I always appreciated how they took care of my kids. Whenever I had a concern or question, Ms. Perla and/or Ms. Heather were prompt, direct, and helpful. I was always appreciative for that. TLE became the warm, nurturing environment where my daughter not only felt loved but truly flourished. Highly recommend!
