My kids have been going here for 4 years and love it. They love Karen. One of the most affordable daycares around and great quality with present care takers. Lots of fun activities for kids in the summer and enriching preschool activities during the school year. They care for all kinds of children and adapte to be able to accommodate their needs. I appreciate the structure as well and organization within the classrooms. Helping kids grow and figure themselves out, not just supervising them, helping to raise them.

The owners of this daycare are the nicest people I know. They have been accommodating to our needs and requests. The teachers are detail oriented and very caring. My child feels loved while attending school here and has been sharing positive experiences with us and she has had so much fun getting to know new friends. I recommend this daycare for its value and quality!

I am giving TLC for Kids 1 star but would give them a negative star if I could. They did not take care of my five year old son. During the month of June they went out for an activity to Hobble Creek canyon. They left my son in a minivan for 45 minutes in the hot summer heat. It was in the high 90’s that day. Because they were not aware of him being in the van alone for 45 minutes, they were also therefore not aware of his location for that time while they were in a canyon by a body of water. The van that he was in only had 3-4 other children so it seems odd that it was hard to keep track of him with so few kids to count when they were exiting the van. When we went to pick him up from daycare in the evening after work, they told us that he had been left in the van for 45 minutes but he was “okay”. They didn’t report it in their app to communicate with us until we asked them to document it. That was the last day that my son went there. My son also reported that they didn’t always have enough car seats for the all of the kids. They weren’t apologetic and it seemed that they were trying to blame my son that he didn’t yell and let them know that he was left in the van. They also blamed me and my husband for teaching him to stay in the backseat of a vehicle for his safety. My son let me know that he tried to open the van doors but wasn’t able to. They reported that when they found him he was crying and laying on the floor of the van. They didn’t give him any medical attention aside from giving him a popsicle and water and didn’t seek adequate medical attention to ensure that there weren’t any adverse medical effects due to being left in a hot van for almost an hour. They didn’t have a van protocol in place and didn’t do a head count. After requesting a van protocol be put in place they sent me a message that they had created a van protocol the next morning after the incident. I am writing this to help other parents ask more questions. It was reported to the proper authorities. I am grateful my son came home from daycare that day and that we did not have a different outcome.

My 5 year old son has been going to them for 2 years now and he loves it!!! They take such good care of him, helped him adapted, they care for the kids and make them feel loved and at home. He loves everyone there, his teachers, all the staff and the other kids. It makes it so much easier for me to be able to work knowing that he is safe at a place where he is being care of and he enjoys going. Recommend this 10/10 .

The staff are super nice and helpful. My daughter was nervous to go to daycare , but she looks forward to playing with her teachers and kids. The app is nice to get daily updates and pictures. Honestly reviews are hard to judge because I would it seems like upset people do reviews more often. It’s been a great experience for us all.
