Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center Painesville

Highly recommend! I’m a first time mom with high anxiety and I really appreciate the frequent updates they provide on their app. The staff is friendly and welcoming and really seem to enjoy what they do which is very important to me . The center was very clean and not overcrowded with kids. The director Miss Kayla is great. Very professional and knowledgeable about her job and made the enrollment process easy . She was very patient with all my questions and provided great info with her welcome packet. I feel like she is now a friend . Also shout out to Miss Devin for taking such great care of my baby !!

When dropping my child off each morning the teacher greats her with a warm hello. The teachers at the center keep my husband and myself apprised of what she is doing through out the day. They also send cute pictures of her through out the day.They also help her meet all milestones as they come and give helpful guidance if needed. All the staff there are very warm, loving and caring of the students they have in there care.

I called for a week straight and everyday had the same person Amelia say she would get back with me and I show up was given an enrollment form, go to turn it in and she says wrong family we are full and it goes by who calls first. We'll if it goes by calls then why wasn't I told that when I called my daughter could have already been in a daycare now she started school an I have to leave work early everyday due to the lack of communication!

Amazing center!! Always so friendly and very welcoming to all children!
