We have been part of the Tiny Hearts Lakewood community for almost seven years and have sent all three of our children here, which I think says more than anything else ever could. Choosing childcare is one of the biggest decisions you make as a parent, and we have never once regretted choosing this place. From the very beginning, the staff created an environment that feels safe, nurturing, and genuinely joyful. Our kids have been loved, challenged, encouraged, and truly known as individuals. The teachers take the time to understand each child’s personality, strengths, and needs, and they communicate thoughtfully and consistently with parents (they use the Brightwheel app which is incredible). Beyond just excellent care, this daycare has become a community for our family. We’ve watched our children build friendships, grow in confidence, develop social skills, and head off to the next stages of school more than prepared. The learning experiences are creative and engaging, but what stands out most is the warmth — you can feel that the people here care deeply about what they do. When my oldest comes back to pick up her brothers, all of her old teachers still remember her and greet her with such genuine joy. Seven years later, we still feel grateful every single day for the role Tiny Hearts has played in our children’s early lives. We recommend it wholeheartedly to any family looking for not just childcare, but a true extension of their village.
Having our kids at Tiny Hearts Academy for the past two years has truly been such a blessing. They have learned so much, grown in confidence, and are more than ready for kindergarten. While we’re excited for our new chapter on the West Coast, the hardest part of this move is leaving the amazing community we’ve built at our children’s preschool.
