Tilley Time II

If I could give the center five stars.I definitely would, but not this location.This is the worst location i've ever seen at any abc great beginnings. My kids have been to quite a few of them. Now that I have my kids, not at this center, they are doing amazing.The new center they are at is much smaller.They attend to the kids.They have the same teachers.And they have communication within one another.This center does not do that.Teachers or mean I had a teacher literally telling my kid that she couldn't stand him to his face and nothing was ever done about it. I continuously had to buy diapers for god knows whose kids because I had no idea where they were going the new center that I go to.I rarely have to buy diapers.Because they literally use the diapers like they should. This daycare continuously losed my children's things repeatedly and then told me it wasn't their fault and not their problem to replace them. They were sending my kids' stuff home with other parents and then would not track it down and would just apologize for it if you're going to think about your kids at a daycare use. A different center than this one a b c is great.Just not this location

Sawyer has been going to ABC since she was 2 yrs old and I'll tell you it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. She is attending the magical 4's with 2 of the very best teachers It never fails she is welcomed with such an uplifting positive way they make her feel important every single dayand that makes her thrive. She is very smart because of the curriculum ABC has AND because of the way the TEACHERS and staff present it all. They make it fun but still learning the kids are heard and what they have to say is important and addressed. Theres been times its been total chaos but

Ended up removing my child from here. I was really happy to find a day care which is open on Saturdays and Sundays, the place is great Monday to Friday is a great daycare but on the weekends they don't have a professional persons working there sometimes young girls or too old ladies which is maybe is understandable because it's the weekends, they don't put a lot of attention of the kids on those days my girl always wet when I pick up her, until one day a male was taking care of the little ones 2-3 yr., I was really upset how can a male will change a diaper to my little girl? I when to talk with the person in charge she told me there is nothing she can do because by law they don't have to notify me who is working there I feel so upset and I had to remove my girl from this day care.

Very greatful to have this daycare helping take care of my daughter while I'm working. The staff are amazing and they really do care for the needs of the parents and the kids. Thank you so much for all that you do. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend this daycare to future parents and children. Good job and keep up all the amazing work you do us all.

I started with this daycare when I moved to the area. I enrolled only my youngest because my oldest was in school. Since I have been enrolled I have always had pleasant experiences. My daughter talked highly about Ms. Krystal when she was in the 3s class. She was moved to the 4s class when she turned 4. She was sad to leave the 3s class but loves Ms. Maria. I enjoy all the little things they do for family time. We had a crafts day and we enjoyed spending time together and eating little treats. There is a grandparents day coming up at the end of the month and I am excited that my child gets to have them come hangout with her. The offices communication is also amazing, anytime I need to talk to them they have someone to talk to and they are willing to help. I am always up to date on events or days they are closed well in advance to be able to find alternative care.
