I love this daycare! My daughter is well taken care of & Jaida is amazing!!! She is always helpful & when I call to check in on my child she always answers. My daughter always looks forward to go to the daycare. I would rate those daycare 10/10.

It’s upsetting to leave a bad review on a daycare. My wife has been bring my son here for about three months now. Let me just say, if you do not want to work with children or have the patience, DON’T. There is a young lady named Jada who works here that is very unpleasant and rude which has made the experience terrible. After hearing complaint after complaint and now also seeing the reviews of similar experiences, my child will no longer attend Ti Ti Lil Totz.

Whole daycare is unprofessional!!! Director is unprofessional and if your kids go here ask them Do Jaida gives them spoil milk I guarantee you they will tell you yes she does ! She’s never there always gone the whole day doesn’t corporate with her teachers

I really hate to give a bad review. This has been a great place for my grandson UNTIL Jada came upon the scene. To be a person who deals with parents regarding their children, she has the rudest, nastiest attitude I EVER encountered. The issue/reason for contact was in regards to payments. We made payments and apparently they were not entered in the system. We had the receipts. She wanted to know who we paid & chastising as to who we should pay. SHE was the person who was paid - she took offense to that. This lady denied access to the pictures & updates regarding my grandson. Due to the denial of access I took the receipts there personally and due to her nasty hostile attitude, I refused to talk to her and only spoke with Jalisa, who is a very nice professional young lady. The entire time, Jada is hollering behind me that the payments would not be updated unless I show her, REALLY??? So because I don't deal with foolishness - which I said, I asked Jalisa was there anyway I could send the receipts that could verify they were provided and she gave me an email address. The entire time, this woman is behind me talking mess even threatened to call police which I ignored and spoke directly to Jalisa. She then began telling Jalisa not to update the account. I provided the info & left. I thought this would be the end. Issue resolved, right? My daughter was denied access to account and when she called, Jada told my daughter that if she didn't feel her child was safe - come get him AND said he could no longer come there. I asked several times to speak to the owner, whom is a very nice lady as well but was told by Jada that I would never talk to the owner and that she runs that daycare. And for the record - all of that because of THEIR error. Something is seriously mentally wrong with this person. Never had an issue before her. Why was all of that even necessary? Please Beware! Needless to say, I went back and got my baby! Beware of this place, children should not be exposed to such negative, hostile persons.

*UPDATE*:!!!!!!!BEWARE OF LIARS GIVING BAD REVIEWS AND MAKING FAKE PROFILES TO SLANDER THIS CENTER AND THE DIRECTOR WHO DEMANDS HER RESPECT TO LOW QUALITY HUMAN BEINGS!!! NEVER SEEN HALF OF THESE PEOPLE! AND IT WAS PROVEN TO BE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS FROM OLD PARENTS AND TEACHERS!!.. I SAY THE HATE IS REAL ITS REAL!!!..IF YOU HAVE NO CLASS, RESPECT, AND DIGNITY, YOUR NOT GOING TO BE ALLOWED IN THIS CENTER. SHE IS FORMAL, STRAIGHTFORWARD, AND INFORMAL WITH OUR OPEN DOOR POLICY! MS.JAIDA TEACHES YOUR CHILDREN COMPASSION AND STRUCTURE! EVERY CHILD IN THAT CENTER LOVES HER AND THE STAFF!!! CENTER IS ALWAYS SMELLING GOOD AND CLEAN! THEY ARE QUALITY RATED AND TAKE PRIDE INTO CARING FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES SAFETY!! MY CHILDREN TALKS ABOUT THIS PLACE CONSTANTLY!! I LOVE THIS CENTER!! THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED CENTER. THE NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MS.JAIDA IS VERY NICE AND A PERCEIVED INDIVIDUAL. MY CHILDREN LOVE IT HERE AND I WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRING AT ALL!! IF I COULD RATE A 10 STAR I DEFINITELY WOULD. SO SAD HOW WE EXPECT BOB TO CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY AND TREAT THIS HUMBLE FAMILY LIKE BULLIES! AGAIN NEVER SEEN ANY OF THESE RECENT PEOPLE POSTING! AND THAT CENTER IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE ;) ..
